BoardWalk is seeking to add a talented Senior Associate, Research member to its team. Founded in 2002 by a long-time partner at Spencer Stuart and Egon Zehnder, BoardWalk serves a growing base of national. THE ORGANIZATION Founded in 2002, BoardWalk Consulting is a national executive search firm that focuses on nonprofit leadership. Based in Atlanta, the firm has worked with Boards of Directors and CEOs to recruit senior leaders in global, national and local nonprofits, foundations, and academic and faith-based institutions ranging from start-ups to billion-dollar behemoths. The Senior Associate will be a curious, creative and ingenious leader of search strategy, prospect research and recruiting. He or she will inspire confidence as a credible, likable and compelling client partner and colleague. Strong at targeting, strategy and execution, she or he will be proactive, organized and effective. The Senior Associate will focus on the following key priorities: 1. Design and lead prospect research. The researcher will work with the team to create a recruiting strategy, and will be a proactive and efficient researcher. Through on-line and other resources, she or he will identify and capture in the database prospective targeted sources and candidates for each search.

5 Page 5 of 6 2. Proactively recruit candidates. The researcher will be proactive, personable, organized and effective at calling and engaging prospective candidates. 3. Be part of the BoardWalk business-winning team. The Senior Associate will be an articulate ambassador for BoardWalk with current and potential clients. By participating in new business pitches, she or he will be part of the team that grows the revenues of this entrepreneurial small firm. 4. Inspire the team. The Senior Associate will be a team player who communicates, contributes and delegates effectively.
