Homestay If you would like to experience American family life and learn American culture, then Homestay is an excellent accommodation option. It s a great way to take your English out of the classroom and into real life. We have two Homestay options: Half-board and breakfast-only plans. Half-board Homestay includes breakfast and dinner. Students are responsible for preparing their own lunch. For the breakfast-only plan, students are responsible for preparing their lunch and dinner. Confirm your booking: If the accommodation is available, confirm your booking with ILSC- as soon as possible. 3. Send payment: Send your accommodation payment to ILSC, including the non-refundable accommodation registration fee, within the designated time: a. Immediately if the booking is less than 6 weeks away from your check-in date OR b. Within two weeks if the booking is more than 6 weeks away from your check-in date 4. Receive your receipt: Once payment is received by ILSC, you will receive a receipt.

If it is less than a 30 day notification then a full charge of the 30 days will made. Cleaning Fee A $25 non-refundable cleaning fee will be charged at check-in. Notes There are no taxes charged to guest who stays more than 30 days. If the guest is on a weekly rate or less than 30 days then they will be charged tax. The occupancy tax is currently 16.25%.

The USA Student Residences offer various fun activities such as a movie night, karaoke night, and wine and cheese party. Friendly staff are always there to help you. Located just three blocks off Union Square surrounded by many restaurants and café, it is a convenient location to enjoy. The building also features a communal kitchen, on-site laundry facilities, large lounge with free billiards and foosball tables, computer lab with twelve kiosks, TV room and free wireless internet. Please note that there is no meal plan/option; students are responsible for preparing their own meals.
