2 To begin the registration process, go to the Beth El Hebrew Congregation home page: Click Member Log In at the top of the page. Every Beth El member family has a user ID and password. If you do not remember your ID or password, click Forgot your ID or password? below the sign in box or call the administrative office at to get the information. Enter your information and click Sign in.

3 You have now entered the secure, member only area of the website. From this page, you can update family member information such as a change of address, phone number, or address. Changes you make here are reflected in both the school and temple data bases. 1. Check that all information for adults, address, and child are correct under the heading Update Member Information ; revise as needed. If you do not see your child(ren) listed, contact the Beth El Office at and we will add that information. Make changes as needed and SAVE each page. 2. After checking all family information is correct, click on Religious School under School Registration You will now see a screen with the names of your children listed. Select the child to be registered by clicking on the circle next to his or her name, and then click Registration.

4 The next screen contains this language: As part of the application process, you are required to fill out the Emergency Medical Information screens for each student you are enrolling. You MUST completely fill in each section of the Doctor Information, Emergency Information, and Additional Comments/Info portions before you will be able to continue on to the school registration part of the application. All of the information you entered last year for your child should be pre-filled. You do not need to review the Special Dates tab. In each of the tabbed sections, some of the fields are required and you will be notified if you have not completed them all before you can proceed. Revise or add information as needed and save each tabbed page. Saving will automatically take you to the next tabbed section. If, during the year, your child s situation changes in a way that may impact his/her Religious School experience, please revise your online information and inform the Religious School directly through an or phone call. CLICK OK TO SAVE You will be taken to a page that states Not registered. Click Add. You will then be taken to the where you select your child s class grade for the upcoming year.

5 First, you must check the box at the bottom of this page to proceed. Your registration is not complete until you check this box to indicate your agreement with Beth El Religious School s Parent Consent Form. To decline consent, please contact the Religious School office and we will assist you in completing your registration. There is a link on the page that provides access to the Consent Form. Select the class in which your child is registering for next year. Your choices range from Kindergarten up to 12 th grade Post Confirmation. If you are registering multiple students, repeat this process for each student. The fee for each class includes tuition, activity fee ($10) and books. If you are registering a child for 7 th or 10 th grades, the Bar/Bat Mitzvah fee and Confirmation fee is included. There is NO FEE associated with 11 th and 12 th grade Post Confirmation class but you still need to select one to enroll your child in the combined class. YOU MAY PAY FOR TUITION AND FEES IN TWO PAYMENTS: ONE HALF MAY BE PAID BY JULY 15, 2015 WITH THE BALANCE DUE BY AUGUST 16 OR ONE PAYMENT IN FULL NO LATER THAN AUGUST 16TH.

6 Please carefully read the instructions on the registration page, copied below! Dear Parents, For each child you are registering, select the appropriate grade. The total cost shown includes the tuition, materials and book fee for each grade level plus the B nei Mitzvah fee (7th Grade) and the Confirmation fee (10th Grade). The cost listed for each grade level is for check/cash payment. A 3% service charge will be added to credit card payments when they are processed. **Tuition goes up by $50 for any student who is not registered by July 31, 2015.** PAYMENT SCHEDULES: All families may make an initial payment by July 15 and a second payment of the balance due by August 15. Your student(s) will be not enrolled in class until full payment is made. If you would like to arrange an alternative payment timetable, please contact Becky McMurry, Controller, at bmcmurry@bethelhebrew.org or MULTIPLE STUDENTS: If you are registering multiple students, add each child s registration payment to the cart. When finished, go to checkout and enter your credit card information to pay for all children registered. NONMEMBERS (K-2): Select the NonMember payment schedule for your child s grade level. We welcome your inquiries about membership and your RS tuition will be pro-rated upon payment of your membership dues. PAY BY CHECK: Click Submit after selecting the appropriate grade for your child. Mail a check payable to Beth El Religious School by August 15 for the total amount shown on the screen. PAY BY CREDIT CARD: Fill in the amount you wish to pay, click Submit and follow the onscreen instructions to complete payment. A fee is added at the payment screen to cover the cost of credit card processing. **STUDENT INFORMATION: You must complete all required Student Information fields for each child that you register. This is essential for student safety and for us to provide the best possible learning experience. 7 Please register your child no later than July 31, The tuition at each grade level increases by $50 for registrations received after July 31. Your child is registered once we have received all registration forms and payments as requested. If you are a Temple member, all dues must also be current in order to complete registration. A non-refundable fee of $100 will be assessed for any child withdrawn from school once registration is processed. Full payment, whether by check or credit card, is due by August 16 unless other arrangements have been approved.
