Contact appropriate departments and/or vendors to expedite orders. - Communicate priorities to both vendors and Buyer/Planners and provide accurate and timely promise dates to customers. - Maintain data, including accurate lead times, in appropriate systems (CDS, MFGPro, etc.). - Provide same day placement/rescheduling of material for customer emergency and machine down orders. - Active rescheduling of purchase orders to align availability with forecasted requirements. - Provide feed back to improve parts forecasting. You should have a Degree and 3 or more years of experience in either scheduling, finance, marketing or manufacturing in a similar heavy equipment industry.
