2 Brief History: Considering the growing demand for high quality professionals in management at the state, national and international levels, there was a genuine need for identifying potential students at an early stage and equip them with knowledge and skill relevant for the fast changing economic life in India. In order to provide professional Management Education at the under graduate level, the University set up the K.S. School of Business Management as an un aided School and started a five years full time integrated MBA Programme in This course provides an avenue for enhancement and improvement of the traditionally efficient Gujarat talent through formal learning in the various aspects of Business Management. It is the endeavour of the School, through this integrated five year MBA programme to equip the students to meet the needs of the business and the economy. With the rapid development in IT sector taking place in the State of Gujarat, there was a need for qualified persons in Computer Applications and Information Technology. Against this backdrop, the University also started a Five Years full time Integrated Master s Programme in Computer Applications & Information Technology [M.Sc. (CA&IT)] in Today these programmes are well established and much popular amongst the students across the state. Infrastructure and Facilities The School has a well laid out campus. The School maintains a well stocked library with around 5,000 books and subscribes to around 20 journals. Besides students can have access to University s central library situated in the campus.the Computer Centre of the School is equipped with approximately 200 computers with latest technology and software. Highlights The School being one of the first to be set up in Gujarat has attracted competent faculty with rich experience. The School is getting toppers from 12 th Science and Commerce stream.

Advent We organize a two day s event under the banner of ADVENT consisting of Management Games, Print Ad competition and lot other interesting activities that give your minds an outlet to explore their creativity and talent. We have been successfully organizing this event since last 12 y ears. Last y ear more than 1500 students witnessed the event from more than 25 B Schools across Gujarat.Every year we organize ADVENT to continue the legacy of creativity.
