3 What is SaaS SaaS can be defined in many ways. However, SaaS is best defined as the following: A software solution that is hosted, supported, and delivered by a provider as a service, and can be accessed by users via the Internet, without the need to deploy and maintain additional on-premise IT infrastructure. Back-ups are performed nightly on a 2 week rolling schedule and back up tapes are located off site in a locked fire proof safe. Wizmo is SAS 70 and HIPAA compliant, so should a partner want to perform an audit we are ready.

8 Support & Implementation Provisioning A form has been created for signing up new clients. This is sent to Wizmo by MedLook. Once we receive the paperwork it takes 48 Hours or less to get the client up. Bilateral QA Process Wizmo puts new releases in a pre-production environment to make sure application works as planned. Access is then given to MedLook to test internally to make sure everything works as designed. Once both parties sign off, a rollout plan is agreed to.
