3 CLINICAL SUPERVISION and ADMINISTRATIVE POSITIONS HELD 2011 present Multi-Systemic Family Therapy Clinical Supervisor Contracted, St. Croix County Health and human Services Provide individual and group supervision targeting model fidelity and adherence to Multi-systemic therapists that provide individual, family, and couples therapy to high-risk youth and their families Present Clinical Supervision for Licensure Provide individual and group supervision for social workers working towards clinical licensure. Responsibilities include ensuring quality service to clients and enhancing clinical skills and expertise within supervisees as they prepare for clinical licensure Clinical Supervisor, Field Probation Services Provided on-going clinical supervision and case consultation to 12 field services staff including Juvenile Probation Officers, Program Coordinators and the Mental Health Coordinator Clinical Supervisor, Community-Based Short Term Treatment Program Provided weekly clinical supervision to the staff of the community-based program.
