3 1. Students review the list of 30 schools and choose up to two colleges NOTE: Students MUST meet or exceed requirements 2. Students pick up college application checklists from the CRC (shelves are just inside the door on the right) 3. FULLY complete the application process as instructed on the checklist

4 1. Complete the application as instructed on the check-sheet online or paper, depending on the school. 2. Send ACT Scores to the college; print a copy of the scores and proof that they were sent to the college 3. IF the college requests a letter of recommendation, talk to a teacher 2 weeks in advance. Get the letter in an envelope.

5 4. Request transcript and schedule from Student Center SOUTH; pick up printout NOTE: transcripts are normally requested from Student Center EAST 5. Turn in ALL materials to counselors in Student Center East on October 7 th or 8 th and sign up for an October 28 th appointment.
