Heijmans Real Estate, 2007-today Design for a car bridge over the green valley in the villa neighborhood Nieuw Stalberg. The bridge is part of an axis related to the history of the area as military airport in WW2.

Comune di Milano, 2005 (competition - nominated). Architectural and urban proposal for two significant residential tower along a park at the western city entrance of Milan. HET LEDEBOER, ENSCHEDE. DuraVermeer and Van Dijk Bouw, today. Design for a complex of 240 apartments and (medical) services. The project includes underground parking facilities and a central square. 7/7 BARN FOR CARS, OOSTVOORNE, (realised) 240sqm space for historical automobiles, guests and storage. IL PALAZZO, FABRIANO (I), Elica SpA, 2003 Design for a company estate on the hills of Le Marche. A small village of guesthouses, swimming pool and garden in immersed in agricultural fields. City of Enschede * (realised) Design for an architectural icon on the new H.J. van Heekplein positioned at the entrance of the underground parking garage. PARK-PARK CONNECTION, EMMEN. City of Emmen * (realised) Design for a 300 meter pedestrian bridge connecting two parts o the zoo through the city centre. KIOSKS MGR. NOLENSSQUARE, VENLO.
