2 Student Information The new student information screen now includes fields to track address, Current School Child Attends, Grade Level and GPA Student information Import Like before you can import this information into the management portal from a spreadsheet Correct Student ID s Occasionally a Parent will log into OSP to purchase an activity and create a new student profile with the wrong Student ID. This new feature allows bookkeepers to assign this student with the correct ID.

3 Student Obligations Summary Method This new feature will allow schools to be able to accept payments of variable amounts. This means that the parent can enter how much they are paying rather than selecting an activity from this list that has a fixed price. This is a perfect solution for collecting fees for fundraisers, child care payments, foodservices payments, or just about anything you can think of! Bookkeepers will create the types obligation that they wish to receive payments. The parents will go online and make the payment and enter in the amount they are paying

4 Student Obligations Detailed Method This new feature will allow schools to be able to accept payments for student debts such as lost text book or damage to lockers or you could even load up a list of back to school fees to be paid. The parent can simply check off what obligations they want to pay and add it to the cart. You can even configure the system to not allow the payments of any activities if obligations are owed to the school. Reports will display all obligations that have been paid and which ones still remain outstanding very much like an accounts receivable report. Bookkeepers enter in the obligation in the portal Obligations can even be imported from a spreadsheet

6 Creating Activities - Additional Options A new link called save and proceed to additional options has been added to the bottom of the activity setup screen which will allow bookkeepers to set up additional functions for each activity. Inventory Entering in a Quantity allow you to limit the amount of this activity sold online. Perfect for limiting the amount of tickets that could be sold for the school play or basketball game. The Number of Activity sold will display the quantity of the activity that has been sold online GPA Enter in the minimum student GPA required to participate in this activity, If the students GPA does not meet the requirement then the payment will not be allowed. (This feature requires the student GPA to be used in the student information screen) No Student ID Required Check off this box and users will not be prompted to enter a student ID while making payment. Perfect for accepting payments from the community for tickets & sports boosters that might not have students that attend your school Verify Grade Level Check this box and the system will verify that the students grade level that is assigned to the activity matches the grade level that has been setup for the activity. If no match is found then the payment will not be allowed. (This feature requires the student grade level to be used in the student information screen)

7 District Activity Setup This new feature allows district administrators the ability to create a single activity and add it to all the schools, saving on the amount of data entry. Activities can be added to all school or it can be added to just elementary schools or high schools, all the options are there to add the activity to any schools that need it.
