2 Safety requirements of e-connect The electronic access via e-connect provides a quick overview of your assets. We implemented several technical safety measures in order to provide a secure access. However electronic access over an open network such as the internet always includes risks. To minimize these risks we advise you to adhere to the following safety recommendations: 1. The e-connect access is limited to data requests. For safety reasons no stock market- or paymentorders can be transmitted. 2. You will receive the contract number as well as the token (for the generation of the password) by registered mail. 3. You will obtain your token access PIN individually by your Client Relationship Manager. 4. Always keep your computer up to date by applying new software and browser updates. 5. Please install an antivirus program and keep it up to date. 6. Keep your contract number in a separate and safe spot. Never write your access PIN or password down. 7. Please make sure that only our e-connect address: is being called. Also never open e-connect through a link you received via Always make sure that you log off correctly after using e-connect. 9. Delete your browser s history and in particular temporary internet files after using e-connect.

4 Access to e-connect 1. Please enter the following URL: or use the link on our Website under the heading e-services. 2. Enter the contract number, which you received by mail, in the entry mask. 3. Enter the password in the Password field. You generate your password by switching on the token and entering your PIN.

5 First steps After the successful login you will be redirected to the asset overview (default). The asset overview gives you a quick summary of the current balance of your portfolio. Please note the information regarding unread e-documents and secure s. The data shown can be exported directly into an Excel-File. You can navigate through e-connect via the navigation menu. Here you log out secured form the e-connect.

6 Portfolio overview This view gives you a detailed insight of your assets grouped by asset class. Click on the icon next to the asset class (icon )to blend in or out the details of that asset class. Detailed information, i.e. quantity, price, value in reference currency, percentage in the portfolio etc. You can receive further information on the security by clicking on the positon.

7 Asset Allocation This view shows you the exposure of your portfolio by asset class and by currency.

8 Portfolio analysis The view shows the portfolio matrix by asset class and currency. The allocation is shown in absolute terms or in percent of your portfolio.

9 Account statement This is where you find all transactions in your cash accounts. You can filter for a specific period and a required account. By default, the view shows the latest transactions booked. You can pull the corresponding advice by clicking on the PDF-link.

10 Transaction history This view shows all transactions booked in your portfolio with further detailed information. You can pull the corresponding advice by clicking on the PDF-link.

11 Performance details This is where you obtain detailed information about your portfolio performance for the current year. Here you can see the asset valuationas of Jan 1st Latest valuation This is where you can see the latest, absolute and percentaged performance (TWR) at a glance. TWR stands for Time-Weighted-Return.

12 Performance by month and year The monthly performance shows you the asset valuation value at the end and beginning of the month, as well as the respective monthly performance. The upper chart describes the development of the cumulated performance since the beginning of the year, the lower chart shows the monthly performance. You can pull the annual performances by selecting performance by year in the navigation menu. The e-connect solution only shows data from 2011 onwards.

13 Messages / Send Mail Under messages you can securely communicate with Reichmuth & Co and receive documents. Under Communication important information concerning e- Connect is displayed. Under Mailbox the communication between you and Reichmuth & Co is shown. You can simply and safely send messages to your Client Relationship Manager or to the e-connect support service by selecting send mail from the navigation menu.

14 e-doc Under e-doc you can electronically review all your advices and asset statements which you receive from Reichmuth & Co.

15 Settings Under the heading basic settings you can choose your preferred default settings. If you have different accounts with Reichmuth & Co you can also select the default relationship to be displayed. You can lock your e-connect access at any time via the function lock account. Please be aware of the fact that in this case only the e-connect support service can re-activate your e-connect account.
