2 REAL TIME STREAMING CONFIGURATION If you choose to have real time streaming, you may incur higher internet data charges. You will need to tap on the YES button to set Real time streaming At any point of time, you can change this setting in the Settings page If you choose not to have real time streaming, the market data information captured is as per the time that you access the page To refresh the data, simply tap on at the top of the page screen At any point of time, you can change this setting in the Settings page

3 NAVIGATING RHB TRADESMART MOBILE APP View the latest composite index of FBMKLCI and market scoreboard View the indices like FBM KLCI, Construction, Trading/Services, or Finance and etc. Access Top Volume, Top Gainers, Top Gainers %, Top Losers, and top Losers %. Look up a particular stock by entering the full or partial text of stock code or name. Add stocks to your favorite list. Any changes made will synchronize with OSK188 portal on other devices. Check Bursa news for stocks that may have made any announcements. Check the order status with filtering functions. Display stock holding position held as at previous trading day Manage application settings Logout button

5 MY WATCHLIST ADD STOCK Click on the Watch list icon Choose your preferred favorite list EDIT STOCK Click on the Edit icon in selected favorite list Add to your favorite list DELETE STOCK Click on the Edit icon in selected favorite list Select and delete the stock from your favorite list

6 BUYING AND SELLING BUY ORDER Order rejected with error message Select account, enter buy price, quantity, trading pin and click Buy Order confirmation Order submitted

7 BUYING AND SELLING SELL ORDER Order rejected with error message Select account, enter sell price, quantity, trading pin and click Sell Order confirmation Order submitted

8 ORDER STATUS ORDER STATUS Buy orders will be displayed on the upper section of the page and sell orders will be displayed at the lower section of the page. Filter functions by trading account and different type of order status. Order Filtering by trading account and order status Tap on the order status of a particular stock to view the order properties information.

9 ORDER STATUS ORDER PROPERTIES Cancel and reduce order button at the bottom of the page Order properties display all the details of the order placed by customer. Any rejection of orders will generate a reject code and a reject message will be displayed.

10 CANCEL/REDUCE ORDER QUANTITY CANCEL ORDER REDUCE ORDER QUANTITY When order status is In Market or Received, the order can be cancelled You can reduce an order quantity when the status is In Market or Received Enter your trading pin to proceed to cancel the order Enter the reducing quantity and follow with trading pin to confirm the transaction

11 PORTFOLIO & BURSA NEWS PORTFOLIO BURSA NEWS Check your stock holding which is marked- to-market value, quantity of the stock held, latest price in market, and the profit and loss and percentage of profit and loss Check Bursa news for stocks that may have made any announcements Display the stock holding position based on the CDS-account Tap on the news headline to read Bursa news content

12 SETTINGS REAL TIME STREAMING Turn ON or OFF on the real time streaming feature NOTE When real time streaming is on, the system will remove the refresh icon and last update date time field from the top right of the screen. When real time streaming is off, the system will display the refresh icon and last update date time field at top right of the screen in Market Summary, Indices, Top Stocks, Watch List, Stock Info, Order Pad, Portfolio and Order Status screen. CHANGE PASSWORD Change password by entering existing password and new password then confirm the new entered password Once the password is updated, a confirmation message will be displayed CONTACT US Tap on any of the contacts to obtain our customer service representative s assistance.
