5 Mobile Ticketing Delivery System Maxartists have developed Mobile Ticketing System based on the customer requirements and has been successfully implemented for various games, concerts, theaters and other events. Mobile Ticketing Delivery System (MTDS) is a user-friendly application, in which multiple ticket providers can manage their customers and send 2D Barcode tickets directly to their mobiles as entry pass for various events. The solution is intended for the distribution and administration of tickets to diverse industries such as Cinemas, Theatres, Concerts, Sports, Celebrations, etc

8 Process Flow User sends a request for an event ticket via Mobile/ Web. A barcode (1D/ 2D) ticket is send as SMS to the end user's mobile phone. To gain access for the venue, user shows his phone with the ticket over the reader kept at any one of the venue gates. If the ticket is valid, user gains access for the event.

9 Ticket Request Request for ticket via web/ mobile. If request valid, Ticket server sends barcode ticket Barcode ticket in mobile phone

10 Ticket Validation At the venue entrance, user shows his phone over a barcode reader. Venue server validates ticket. If valid, user gains access for the event.

11 Payment Payment can be handled in any of the following ways based on the customer's requirements: Telecom Operators The client should have a tie up with a telecom provider. Thereby the ticket amount will be deducted by the telecom provider from the user's mobile account, when the user receives the barcode ticket in his mobile phone. Payment Cards User can make payments using any of his payment cards such as credit card, debit card, etc.

12 Barcodes Our Mobile Ticketing Delivery System supports 1D/ 2D barcode. A 2D barcode is similar to 1D barcode, but has more data representation capability. Types of Barcodes used in our solution are: Data Matrix QR Code Aztec EAN 13 PDF 417 CODE 128 CODE 39 CODE 25i

14 Mobile Ticketing System Maxartists have developed Mobile Ticketing solutions for various customers based on client requirements. The Ticketing Solutions which we can provide for the client are: MTDS MTDS: Provider Mobile Ticketing Delivery System is the server side component for generating and sending tickets as SMS, MMS and WAP Push including a 2D Barcode to mobile phones. Providers manage their customers and send 2D Barcode tickets directly to their mobiles as SMS or MMS and through as entry pass for various events. MTS Mobile Ticketing Shop (MTS) MTS is a public interface, in which users can register in the website and purchase tickets for an event. Mobile Client A Wallet Application will be installed in the user's mobile phone for handling barcode tickets.

16 MTDS Features Provision for managing different Ticket Providers, Events and Venue Management. Admin can create various roles of users such as Super User, Support User and View User. Four levels of interfaces for management. Facility for uploading the list of customers as a file and audit the Tickets Delivered and Tickets used. Manages Providers & assigns Provisioning of Tickets for the Providers. Facilitates for Sending & Resending of barcode tickets to a customer's mobile phone. Send tickets to an end user's mobile phone through SOAP web service. Manages the keywords and short codes used for sending SMS. Manages the various types of barcode tickets such as Data matrix, QR Code, Aztec, etc. Post interface for communication with our platform. Generate reports for transactions in pdf, xls, etc format. Ability to support different Mobile Service Providers across various countries dynamically

17 MTDS: Provider An Administrator adds a Provider in the Ticketing system and assigns provisioning of tickets for the providers. Features: Send 1D/ 2D barcode tickets to an end user's mobile phone through web service. Edit Provider Settings. Generate Reports. Monitors the transaction status of an order. Sets the Application Resend time interval and total resend number. Configures the Response URL, which will be invoked by MTDS to notify the status of each phase in the processing of a placed order.

18 Mobile Ticketing Shop (MTS) The Web Shop is a public website, which provides the ability for the users to register in the website and purchase an event ticket using payment cards. After payment, the user will receive a barcode ticket as SMS in his mobile phone. In the web shop, one venue is specifically assigned for the Ticket shop and it can be setup with a number of events using the Admin interface.

19 Mobile Client Maxartists have extensive experience in implementing innovative mobile clients i.e. Wallet for our various mobile solutions across a wide range of industries and business functions. A Midlet application will be installed in the user's mobile phone for handling the barcode tickets. The events will be listed in the midlet application and the user will be able to purchase tickets using these informations.

20 Mobile Client We have developed mobile clients, that supports the latest technology mobile phones such as android, iphone, blackberry and windows mobile.

21 Additional Features The Additional features that can be included for the proposed solution are: Loyalty points gained through shopping will be updated in the user's mobile device and the user can purchase items from a shop by redeeming the Loyalty points. Coupons Send discount coupons to the user's mobile, which can be used to buy refreshments from the venue shops.
