Truglio, P.E., Bui Wei, P.E., LEED AP, CxA, and Eduardo Ramos, P.E., LEED AP, the firm offers design and construction management services for the building industry and consulting services for a wide range of commercial, educational, hospitality, industrial, health care and residential clients. Together with our highly qualified staff of professional engineers, CADD operators, drafters and administrative support we can offer our knowledge and expertise to successfully complete the most challenging of projects. All of the firm s activities in the areas of design, analysis, drafting and specifications are fully automated. 3 Company Profile TWR Engineers, Inc. is a Mechanical (Heating, Ventilating and Air Conditioning-HVAC), Electrical, Plumbing, Fire Alarm and Fire Protection Consulting Engineering company with over thirty years of combined experience in commercial, educational, hospitality, industrial, health care and residential design, consulting and commissioning. We believe we have founded such a company. Chartered in early 2000, TWR brings together a team of principals with the experience and commitment that few can match. Our staff of engineers and designers have proven experience in providing expert analysis, effective and cost conscious design, construction administration and building commissioning for countless of construction projects ranging from multi-story high rise office buildings, as well as multi-story high rise condominiums, down to small retail tenant improvements. All of the firm s activities in the areas of design, analysis, drafting and specifications are fully automated. TWR utilizes the most current version of AUTO-CADD, and engineering computer software. In our continued effort to provide our clients with unsurpassed service, all the principals at TWR are LEED (Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design) Accredited Professional Engineers and are currently in the process of becoming a Green Advantage Certified Practitioner. We are also members of the US Green Building Council. This assists our clients in the process of having their buildings certified under the LEED Rating System. The design and development of each project is executed with the full resources, expertise and experience of our principals and associates, regardless of the project size.
