This program provides an elite training opportunity in Barcelona, home of one of the world's greatest professional soccer clubs ever - FC BARCELONA. 3 THE PROGRAM This program is designed for teams who want to develop their soccer potential and are interested in playing competitive friendly games against top youth Spanish teams. This is an exclusive chance to live "fútbol" in one of the worldʼs most passionate soccer countries!

8 TERMS AND CONDITIONS PRICE PER PERSON: PLAYERS / SUPPORTERS COACHES Single Supplement DATES: These prices are valid for trips taking place between JAN. 15, 2015 and MAY 15, day tour: 4 day tour: 5 day tour: PAYMENT: The following is the payment outline: Deposit payment (date TBD) 200 per person to confirm your trip. Progress payment (date TBD) 40% of balance due 3 months before departure. Final balance (date TBD) Remainder of Balance payment. * Exchange rates can fluctuate. We reserve the right to confirm the exchange rate at time of proposal acceptance.

9 TERMS AND CONDITIONS CANCELLATIONS: Group Cancellations If the entire group cancels 5 months before departure, only the tour deposit is lost. Individual Cancellations Deposits are refundable up to 4 months prior to departure as long as 90% of the group travels. Group & Individual Cancellation Fees Deposit payment per person 5 months prior to departure date. 50% per person 4 months prior to departure date. 100% tour fee 3 months prior to departure date. RELEASE OF LIABILITY: esoccer acts only as an agent for any owners, suppliers, and contractors providing transportation, accommodations, and any other services related to this program. The playerʼs Legal Guardian, by signing the acceptance form, agrees, that esoccer shall not become liable or responsible for additional expenses, injury or damage to a person or property in connection with any transportation, accommodations, excursions, or any other services resulting directly or indirectly from Acts of God, terrorism, damages incidental to flight, fire, acts of government or other causes beyond the direct control of esoccer and FC BARCELONA.
