This applies particularly to persons with disabilities. Just as we share information about opening hours, room information, booking options and contact details, we also share information on accessibility. The information is not complete, but it tells you about the most important accessibility aspects. Information for people with reduced mobility Comment: Färnas Hjärta B&B is wheelchair accessible but not adjusted to go around with a wheelchair. a) Is there a parking space reserved and signposted for persons with reduced mobility within 25 meters from the entrance? b) Is the walkway to the entrance accessible for people who use wheelchairs? c) Is the entrance at ground level, or - if there are steps at the front entrance door - supplemented by useful ramp or lift? d) Does the entrance have door openers (Automatic or such activated by a push button)? e) Is the doorway to the entrance free from thresholds or has a threshold that is not more than 15 millimetres and bevel? f) Can you get from the entrance to the cloakroom, and to spaces that are in use by visitors without ramp or elevator? g) Are there opportunities to sit down and rest during a visit? 6. Information for people with allergies or intolerances a) Staff is advised not to use perfume and other strong scents. b) Animals (except guide dogs) are not allowed in the premises. c) Green plants as many are allergic to (for example Benjaminficus, Hyacinth, Birch) are not present on the premises. d) Unscented detergent used for cleaning. 11. Can everyone hear alarm signals and use the means of escape in case of fire? Färnas Hjärta B&B has a direct link to the SOS alarm centre. In case of a fire the siren will sound - alarms and alarm connected directly to the emergency services in Skinnskatteberg. Evacuation plans are available in all guest areas. For people with hearing difficulties there is no special signal. It is the staff in place that takes care of them. There is always the opportunity for personal guidance when needed.
