3 Morning Mojito 1 banana or peach 1 apple 3-4 large kale leaves A few mint leaves 1+ cup of water 4 ice cubes Put all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.
4 Kiwi Kickstarter 1 scoop unflavored or vanilla protein powder 1 kiwi 1 cup spinach ¼ cup organic apple juice ¼ cup filtered water ice 1 teaspoon fish oil Blend together until smooth.
5 Morning Detox 1 cup fresh Italian parsley, chopped 3 cups dandelion greens, chopped 1 large pear, cored 2 cups pineapple, cubed 4 to 6 ounces of filtered water Blend together until smooth.
6 Lime Zinger 1 avocado, pitted and diced 1 apple, cored and quartered Juice of 1 lime 1 inch cube of ginger, peeled and minced 1 cup coconut water OR almond milk Grate ginger into seperate container and squeeze juice out of grated pieces into the blender. Then blend together with all other ingredients until smooth.
7 Apple Pie 1 cup raspberries 1 medium banana, peeled 2 cups fresh baby spinach 2 teaspoons chia seeds, 4 to 6 ounces of organic apple juice 1 scoop vanilla protein powder
8 Cranberry Orange 1 stalk of kale 2 huge handfuls of spinach 1 handful of fresh cranberries 2 oranges ½ banana Stevia to taste (optional)
9 Simple Green Smoothie 5 leaves kale 2 cups baby spinach 1 banana ½ cup blueberries ¼ cup strawberries 12 oz. plain fat free yogurt 2 T. flax oil
10 Peach & Pineapple 2 ripe peaches 1 cup of pineapple 1 handful of kale A little bit of water 3 ice cubes
11 Omega Explosion 1 scoop Vanilla protein 1 cup frozen blueberries 1 Banana 1 cup broccoli 1 cup spinach filtered water
12 Dark & Tasty A handful of strawberries A BIG handful of spinach or kale 1 banana 2 handfuls of red grapes A handful of frozen berries (blueberries, blackberries, raspberries, etc.) Ice (optional)
13 Apple Cinnamon 1 banana Big bunch of greens (spinach, kale, etc) 1 tsp. cinnamon 1 diced apple 2-3 cups crushed ice
14 Grapefruit Delight ¼ pink grapefruit ½ cucumber 1-2 celery stalks 1 banana 1 handful spinach
15 Good Morning 2 cups spinach 2 cups cucumber 1 head of celery ½ inch or tsp. ginger root 1 bunch parsley 2 apples Juice of 1 lime Juice of ½ lemon Fresh pineapple and banana, if desired
16 Cilantro-Pineapple 2 cucumbers, peeled & chopped ½ pineapple, peeled & chopped l large bunch cilantro ½ cup coconut water or filtered water 2 T. or more of stevia 2 tsp. vanilla extract
