9 QUOTES To provide service on Major and Minor repairs: All repairs requesting a quote where the value does not exceed NZ $ 85.40, (excluding postage & handling fee) will be proceeded with upon receipt and returned. All repairs requesting a quote over NZ $85.40 will be issued with a written quote. Quotes not proceeded with will incur an administration fee of AUD$19.40 (including GST) plus postage and handling charge. WARRANTY CLAIMS To claim service warranty an original valid guarantee or purchase receipt must be forwarded with each repair otherwise a charge will be made. (Photocopies of Guarantees are not accepted). If a repair is not covered under warranty due to customer damage a quote will be issued. HANDLING & FREIGHT FEES Chargeable repairs will incur NZ $9.20 (including GST) postage & handling fee. Warranty repairs will be returned free of charge. The prices set out referred to herein are recommended prices Only and there is no obligation to comply with the recommendation. All pricing includes GST.
