21 Strategic Plan (STRATEGY 1) Develop a written process for the collaborative evaluation and development of standards, instruction and assessment. [2.07] (Action Step 1) The teachers will examine their curriculum maps to create vertical alignment in subject areas guided by the MN State Standards (Action Step 2) Write a new rotating schedule of curriculum evaluation, implementation, and review with the faculty, prioritizing order by most urgent need Timeline Responsibility Progress Report Faculty Principals and Faculty August 2016: Starting with workshops at the beginning of the year, and continuing every week throughout the school year. Subject areas meet to discuss vertical alignment, standards, and curriculum for each given subject. December 2016: Teachers have been meeting weekly on a 6-week rotation every Thursday morning to discuss standards, and curriculums for each subject. October 2016: A curriculum Review Cycle was created, distributed to staff and School Advisory Council. The Curriculum Review Cycle addresses each curriculum on a seven-year cycle, and each year has a different step in process for each subject.

22 Strategic Plan (STRATEGY 3) A SCHOOL-WIDE PROFESSIONAL DEVELOPMENT PLAN WILL BE PUT INTO PLACE [5.09] Timeline Responsibility Progress Report (Action Step 1) Develop policy and procedures for Staff Development of Support Staff according to established goals and needs 2016 CO-PRINCIPALS January 2016: Staff Formation Plan was developed along with a Staff Professional Development Plan. Teachers will begin by attending the Catechetical institute starting in Fall of 2017 and will be placed on a three-year rotation to attend. (Strategy 1) DEVELOP A PROCESS TO ATTRACT NEW STUDENTS AND RETAIN EXISTING STUDENTS. (Action Step 1) Create a marketing plan to recruit and retain students. (Action Step 3) Develop opportunities and events to strengthen the sense of community, with our current, prospective parents and alumni. Timeline Responsibility Progress Report October 2016: SAC and principals created a marketing Co-Principals, SAC 2017 plan that has multiple facets September 2016: Home and School Association started 2020 Co-Principals to plan monthly community events such as family fun And Faculty nights, movie nights, and fundraisers that incorporate parish and school families.

(Action Step 3) Develop and compile a list of alumni. (Action Step 4) Distribute updates and information about current state of school.
