1 GENERAL 1. When may a disqualification be made by a Stroke & Turn Judge? A. If the Judge clearly saw the infraction even though it was not in his jurisdiction. B. Only if the Referee also saw the infraction. C. If the Judge clearly saw the infraction but failed to raise his hand. D. Only if the infraction occurred within the Judge's jurisdiction and the Judge immediately raised one hand overhead. 2. When is grasping the lane divider to assist forward motion permitted? A.
