1 OAK Mobile User Guide Log In Oak Mobile is accessed by visiting Fill in username and password, click Log In. To have your username saved, toggle on Remember Username before clicking Log In. Setting Account for Session After entering Username and Password, a default account will need to be entered to complete log in to the Home page. Home Once logged in, mobile phone user will be directed to the Home view. Tablet or PC user will see a split screen with Home view on the left and Account view on the right.

2 Home view consists of summary for the Account, and Quotes views. User may click the disclosure icon to open a detailed Account or Quotes view. User may also use the navigation menu bar on bottom of the screen to switch views. Tablet user may collapse the Home view by clicking the arrow icon on top of the screen. To expand Home view, click the home icon on bottom left of the screen.

3 Account Account view consists of three tabs. The Balances tab lists Open Trade Equity, Long Option Value, Short Option Value, Balance, Liquidating Value, and Margin Excess for yesterday s settlement and today s current. The Summary tab lists summarized positions. The All Positions tab lists each position individually. Upon login the displayed account is always set to user s default account. To change account, type in a valid office and account number in the text fields above the tabs, then click the refresh icon. By default

4 positions are only listed for the specific account. To include positions for related accounts, select All Accounts from the dropdown list and click the refresh icon. The default currency for account information listed on the Balances tab is always USD. To change to a different currency, select it from the Currency dropdown list and account information listed on the Balances tab will be updated automatically. On Summary tab, to view current value in a pie chart, click the pie icon next to Curr Value on the header. On the pie chart, green slice represents positive value, red slice represents negative value.

5 Orders Orders view lists all orders, grouped into working orders, filled orders and dead orders. To show one group at a time, click the bottom tab named Working, Filled, or Dead. By default only orders placed under user s default account are listed. To filter orders, click the down arrow icon on top of the list, fill in or change fields including firm, office, account, order number, sales code, buy/sell, contract, price, order date, user, then click the refresh icon. By default orders are sorted by order number in descending order. There are dropdown lists to change sorting fields and sorting direction. To view details on each order, click the disclosure icon on the right side. User will be directed to the Order Details view. To place a new order, click the Order Entry button on top right of the screen. User will be directed to the Order Entry view.

6 Order Entry By default the Buy button is pressed so the order is a buy order. Click the Sell button to switch from a buy order to a sell order. The default order quantity is 1. Type in the Quantify field or click the plus/minus icon to change it. Type in the contract the Contract field, or click the ellipse icon to bring up the Contract Search dialog. Fill in or change other fields as needed, including Price, SecondaryPrice, Type, TimeInForce, and GTD. Click the Send button on top right of the screen, a confirmation dialog appears. Click Yes, order will be submitted. User will then be directed back to the Orders view. The new created order will be highlighted and marked as New.

8 Order Details Order Details view lists detailed information related to the selected order. For any working order except in transit order or pending order, there will be a Cancel button and a Change button displayed on top right of the screen. To cancel the order, click the Cancel button, a confirmation dialog appears. Click Yes, order will be canceled. User will then be directed back to the Orders view. To change (cancel and replace) the order, click the Change button, user will be directed to the Order Editing view. Order Editing view is similar to Order Entry view, except fields are populated with the original order information and user may only change Quantity, Price or Type fields. After modifying the order, click the Change button on top right of the screen, a confirmation dialog appears. Click Yes, order will be submitted. User will then be directed back to the Orders view.

9 Fills Fills view list all fills. New fills are displayed with a green background. To acknowledge a new fill, click the ACK button to the right of the fill. By default only fills for orders placed under user s default account are listed. To filter fills, click the down arrow icon on top of the list, fill in or change fields including firm, office, account, order number, sales code, buy/sell, contract, price, order date, user, then click the refresh icon.

10 Quotes Quotes view is where user view quotes. There is a maximum limit of 100 contracts can be listed. Each contract displays its Open, High, Low, Last and Net Change. By default quotes are updated automatically. To disable automatic updating, toggle off the Auto Refresh button on top right of the screen. To add a contract to Quotes view, click the plus icon on bottom right of the screen, the Contract Search dialog appears. To delete a contract from Quotes view, select a row in the list then click the minus icon, a confirmation dialog appears, click Yes, the contract will be deleted. To buy or sell a contract at the last trade price, select a row in the list then click Buy or Sell button on bottom left of the screen. User will be directly to the Order Entry view, a buy/sell order will be prepopulated with Contract field filled with the select contract, Price field filled with the last trade price, and Type field changed to LMT. To view volume, bids and asks on any contract, click the disclosure icon on the right side. User will be directed to the Book view.

11 Book Book view shows the ten best bids and the ten best offers for the selected contract. It also shows Open, High, Low, Last, Net Change, Last Volume, and Total Volume for the contract. By default book is updated automatically. To disable automatic updating, toggle off the Auto Refresh button on top right of the screen. Disable automatic updating on Book view will also disable automatic updating on the Quotes view, and vice versa. To buy or sell a contract at the bid/offer price, select a row in the list then click Buy or Sell button on bottom left of the screen. User will be directly to the Order Entry view, a buy/sell order will be prepopulated with Contract field filled with the select contract, Price field filled with the bid/offer price, and Type field changed to LMT.

12 Contract Search Contract Search dialog is used in both Order Entry view and Quotes view. To add a contract directly, type in contract in the topmost text field and click OK. If the contract is valid, it will be filled in Contract field in Order Entry view or added to the list in the Quotes views. To search for a futures contract, type in symbol, description or keyword in the topmost text field, a Select Product dropdown list appears. Select a product from the list, a Select Expiration dropdown list appears. Select an expiration month from the list. Finally click OK, a futures contract based on the selection will be created. To search for an options contract, first change the Futures dropdown list to Options, an option type dropdown list appears. Select either Call or Put as needed. Next type in symbol, description or keyword in the topmost text field, a Select Product dropdown list appears. Select a product from the list, a Select Expiration dropdown list appears. Select an expiration month from the list. Finally click OK, an options contract based on the selection will be created.

13 Logout To log out, click Logout on the navigate menu bar on bottom of the screen, a confirmation dialog appears, click Yes will log the user out.
