When home switch is detected, the moving part decelerates to stop; 3. Moving part moves back (in Positive direction) in creep velocity to detect home switch on->off edge; 4. Once home switch on->off is detected, record the position as mechanical home position, and decelerate to stop; 5. Move to the configured home position (the mechanical home position that is recorded during moving back sequence, plus the home offset configured in Axis configuration in Connected Components Workbench GUI).

28 PUBLIC 28 Hands-on Lab Introduction By using the Connected Components Accelerator Toolkit (CCAT) to generate a starting labeling machine project, you will have a significant head start on your labeling machine design and logic development. After only several minutes of configuration, CCAT will generate a bill-of-material, a set of relevant CAD drawings, a set of relevant quick start guides, a starting Micro800 project, a starting PanelView 800 application and an overall project document with links to all of the components of the project and additional information available via the Internet. In this lab, you will: Use CCAT to generate a Starting Labeling Machine project Use Connected Components Workbench software to: Complete the configuration of the Micro850 Download the Micro850 project and PanelView 800 application Test out the machine in Manual mode Complete the programming of the machine logic for Auto mode Run the machine in Auto mode
