1 INSTRUCTIONS HOW TO FILL OUT YOUR APPLICATION FORM The file must be filled out with codes where applicable IN FULL BY ALL TRAINEES according to the instructions given below and using the various lists of codes attached to the file. It is very important to ensure it is completed exactly as requested. Box 1: National student number INE N or BEA N People who obtained their baccalaureat after 1995 will find this number on the baccalaureat results form under the title BEA N. Enter this number in the box provided. Those who obtained their baccalaureat prior to 1995 (or holders of non French qualifications) will be given a number at registration and should leave the box blank. Since 1995 all students enrolled in a (French) University are given an INE N shown on the student card and must enter it in the box provided. Box 5: DAEU: Diploma giving Access to University Courses ESEU: Special Examination for Access to University Courses Box 11: A Civil Liability Insurance certificate is required for all trainees: it covers any damage you may cause to third parties. If you fail to take out civil liability insurance, you release the University from all and any responsibility (see Appendix 1).
