2 Presenters John Richard, Director Global Critical Environments Eric Pape, Global Process Manager Mr. Richard directs the delivery of Facilities Management services to Johnson Controls data centre clients, including CSC, Google, and Telstra. He is responsible for the availability, reliability, and efficiency of more than 30 data centers in North America, EMEA, and Asia Pacific, encompassing approximately 1.5M square feet of raised floor. Richard leads an operations team of 200 site-based staff, and region-based managers responsible for consistently deploying Johnson Controls Data Center standards and achieving site specific SLAs. Mr. Pape is Global Process Manager, responsible for the efficacy and consistency of O&M, Risk Management, and Energy Management practices and procedures across more than 30 CSC data centers in North America, Asia Pacific, and EMEA.
