1 Policy for School Distribution Lists January 2013 This policy outlines the criteria for inclusion on the lists maintained by the Melbourne School of Psychological Sciences. This is to aid in determining individuals that should be included on an list but is not intended to be restrictive. Lists are administered through: Staff are not expected to be constrained by these lists and can (and should) continue to use their own local lists for their particular communication needs. The lists in this document are for the requirements of general School communication. Lists available from 2013: Lists no longer available from 2013: MSPS School Newsletter The table below outlines refinements to the mailing lists, deletion of defunct mailing lists, and creation of new mailing lists. This follows the identification of a number of issues with the existing mailing lists, particularly around lack of certainty over the precise list of people subscribed to which list, and for what purposes each list should be used for. Any enquiries regarding this revised policy should be directed to the School Manager.
