3 Contracts Administration Viewing a Contract Chevron 2007 January

4 1. Direct your browser to the URL OR In order to access ProCon, enter the your username and password assigned to you by the Chevron Contracts Advisor/Administrator and click 'Login'. 1! TIP If you forget your password, click the Password Reminder' link, enter your address and the details will be ed to you. ProCon will lock you out if try to login 3 times unsuccessfully! If this happens, contact your Chevron Contract Advisor/Administrator and she will take the necessary action to resolve this. 4

5 Click on the Contracts Tab to the Contracts Manager page. 3. Select the contract you want to view. Once selected, the contracts homepage will be displayed. 5

6 4 4. The contracts homepage is displayed with the contract summary details shown.! TIP You can make this contract your preferred home page by clicking on the Make my home page icon on the bottom far right hand corner. By doing so, every time you log on to ProCon you will be directly navigated to this contract home page. 6

8 1 1. Click on the Risk Covers tab on the Contracts homepage to view uploaded risk covers to the contract. 8

9 2 2. Click on the attachment icon to view the attachment for each risk cover. 9

11 1 1. Click on the Working Week link on the Contracts homepage to view the actual working days of the contract.! TIP The reason for defining the working week is because schedule impacts/values are recorded as working days rather than actual days elapsed. Therefore by using the knowledge of what a contract's working week is, ProCon can calculate the 'Planned End Date' when provided with schedule impacts/values that have been sanctioned within the system. 11

13 1 1. Click on the Contract File Search link on the Contracts homepage to search for documents associated with the contract. 13

14 User will be presented with a link to the Contract Library. From here, users can upload files to the contract library. 3. Using the search criteria filters, users can search for a specific file related to the contract. To search using a wild card, enter % in the Search For field 4. Click on Search button to retrieve search results 14

15 Click on the File name to open the file 6. From the Contracts File Search page, click on any of the Tab heading to return to a desired contract page. 15

17 1 1. Click on the Communications tab on the Contracts homepage to view the contract communications associated with the contract. 17

18 3 2. The Communication tab displays the list of all communications on the contract. The user will be able to filter the list of communications by applying search criteria. 3. To view each communication, click on the communication title 18
