7 The Preparations Tailored to you Your wedding will be the most wonderful day, and I would love to photograph it. I aim to capture a range of natural photos along with some more creative images around your venues. All weddings are different so my packages are flexible, and tailored to you. Before Your Big Day All weddings include a pre-wedding photoshoot at your venue. Some people call this an engagement shoot, I think of it more as a test shoot, and like to use it as an opportunity to get to know you and the location, and work out the best places for photos on the day. The best photos will be edited, and you will get these on your USB at the same time as your wedding photos. Bridal preparations at your home or hotel Informal portraits of the Bride and bridal party Close ups of bridal items such as the dress, flowers, shoes etc. Option to photograph the Groom and groomsmen depending on their venue and timings of the day. As standard, your photographs will be edited and saved in high resolution to a USB stick, so that you have full access to the digital copies for online use as well as for printing.

11 As standard, your photographs will be edited and saved in high resolution to a USB stick, so that you have full access to the digital copies for online use as well as for printing. There is no copyright on your photos, allowing you to print them as you wish. I aim to complete editing most photographs within 3 weeks of your photoshoot, and weddings within 6 weeks, however during busy times this may take a little longer. All photos will be put onto my website so that you can view and share the photoshoot easily before receiving your USB, some will also be used for marketing purposes. Your photos will then be delivered to you, with USB sticks on a key ring and presented in a gift box. Delivery of this costs Initially, you will need to get in touch to check availability and to arrange a date. Once you are happy with your chosen package, you will be asked to pay a deposit to secure your booking. The deposit will be the full amount on the portrait photoshoots, or 150 on the wedding packages. Deposits should be paid by bank transfer details will be sent to you upon booking. Should you need to cancel, your deposit would not be refundable., however I would endeavour to offer you an alternative date. Please aim to give at least 48 hours notice if you need to make any changes to your booking.
