Arrival time Please arrive 10 minutes before your appointment time in order to check and confirm your details. If you arrive late your treatment time will be amended accordingly to avoid the next person being delayed. Cancellation policy Please allow at least 24 hour notice for cancellations. Otherwise a 50% charge will occur of the retail value of the treatments booked. Medical questionnaire If you have any medical conditions which may prevent you from having treatments, we would advise you to ask your GP for approval prior to booking a treatment. On arrival you will be required to complete a medical questionnaire to confirm your suitability of the treatment being performed. Other treatments will be on offer should there be a problem with the treatment of your choice.
