Climb into the e-bike s saddle and discover the magic, the colours and experiences of The Land of Trulli. Also known as Puglia of Trulli, it is a strip of land of central Apulia that embraces the territories of Alberobello, Locorotondo, Selva di Fasano, Castellana Grotte, Martina Franca, Polignano a Mare, Monopoli, Ostuni and Cisternino. The tourist here will admire trulli, manor farms, rural churches, caves: suggestive places of great tourist appeal surrounded by gardens, olive trees and vineyards. The tourist can taste typical local food made of seasonal products enriched with oil, cheeses and bread. The guided tour is very comfortable and well organized. Our cycle tours are suitable for all levels of ability and either for children or adults, because e-bikes allow everybody to ride along open countrysides and to taste effortlessly the breath-taking landscapes. The luggage transport and assistance services ensure a very comfortable travel.

4 2 nd DAY: OSTUNI - CISTERNINO - MARTINA FRANCA 30 km, 1 short crossing of the Aqueduct Cycle Route included. Accommodation in 4 stars hotel in Martina Franca. Facility with bathrooms / showers inside the room. Highlights: Ostuni guided tour, known as The white city due to its whitewashed buildings. Visit to Minor Basilica and the Saint Biagio Sanctuary. Cisternino guided tour, known as one of the most beautiful villages of Italy and Slow Food city. It is recommended to visit the typical historic centre, a labyrinth of narrow street with its lime-washed houses. Visit to the Vescovile Palace built in 1560, the Governatore Palace (XVI century) and the Santa Lucia church dates back Aqueduct Cycle Route: a cycle path running along the Apulian Aqueduct that crosses Itria Valley s countryland and Murgia of Trulli. Short visit to Martina Franca, point of meeting and fusion between Angevin medieval architecture and the Baroque magnificence. Exclusive palaces, churches, squares are symbols that make this city the real capital of the inland part of Puglia. Visit to the Basilica of Saint Martino, Ducale Palace, and many other exclusive palaces that surround the ancient village.

5 3 rd DAY: MARTINA FRANCA - LOCOROTONDO - ALBEROBELLO - SELVA DI FASANO 30 km. Accommodation at Tenuta Monacelle in Selva di Fasano. Facility with bathrooms/showers inside the rooms. Highlights: Locorotondo guided tour, knows as one of the most beautiful villages of Italy. With its famous Palio delle contrade, it boasts 146 contradas on its rural territory. Each of these with its history, symbols and identity. It is recommended to visit the historic centre with its typical cummerse (house with ridge roofs made of local stone), and tiny streets. Alberobello guided tour, UNESCO World Heritage since 1996, country of Trulli, buildings made of dry-stone. Tour among the main Rioni of the country, Rione Monti and Aia Piccola, which include beyond 400 trulli*. Visit to the Trullo Sovrano, to the Museum of the Territory and to the Minor Basilica of Saints Medici. * The Trulli are ancient conical buildings of dry stones, typical and unique of the central-southern Apulia.

6 4 th DAY: SELVA DI FASANO - CASTELLANA GROTTE 23 km. Including a cooking class with tasting. Accommodation in 4 stars hotel in Castellana Grotte. Facility with bathrooms/showers inside the room. Highlights: Short scenic tour of Selva di Fasano and cooking class at Tenuta Monacelle where the tourist with the Chef will discover and learn the secrets of the traditional food from Puglia and at the end of the lesson the tourist will taste the dishes just cooked. Visit to Castellana Caves, one of the most interesting speleological complexes in Europe. Spa at hotel s disposal.

7 5 th DAY: CASTELLANA GROTTE - POLIGNANO - MONOPOLI 25 km. Accommodation in 4 stars hotel in Monopoli. Facility with bathrooms/showers inside the room. Highlights: Polignano a Mare guided tour, is one of the most beautiful and famous seaside resorts on the coast of Puglia. Situated on a rocky outcrop overlooking the sea. Visit to the old city centre and then the bridge of Via Traiana, even now accessible, that crosses Lama Monachile. Visit to the Mother Church of Saint Maria Assunta and Saint Vito Abbey. Monument in honour of the famous Italian singer Domenico Modugno. Visit to Pino Pascali Museum. Monopoli guided tour. The city still preserves those distinctive traits that make it one of the most authentic and fascinating maritime cities in Apulia. Visit to the Madonna della Madia Cathedral, the Saint Maria Amalfitana Crypt and Charles V Castle.

8 6 th DAY: MONOPOLI - SAVELLETRI - OSTUNI 40 km. Accommodation in manor farm in Ostuni. Facility with bathrooms/showers inside the room. Highlights: Monopoli: visit to the Spirit Saint Church and to the Saint Andrea and Procopio rural Church and Saint Stephen Abbey. Visit to the archaeological site and museum of Egnazia. One of the most interesting archaeological sites of Apulia. Savelletri, seaside resort, is known for its typical small fishing port and ancient buildings located on the cliff, overlooking the sea, known as White houses. 7 th DAY: Departure or continuation of the holiday. Land: from level land to slightly hill with some steep climbs. Roads: low traffic paved roads and dirt patches, cycle paths. Bikes: e-bikes (pedal assisted electrical bikes). Accommodation: Hotel, B&B and manor farms. 11 E-bike features: The electric bikes represent an alternative and eco-friendly means of transport in order to fully respect the environment. They are designed to allow anyone (children and senior included) to cycle ride without efforts thanks to a smart eletric engine that assists the pedal and that allows to taste each minimum detail of the landscape without shortness of breath. These e-bikes can reach a maximum speed of 25 km/h, beyond these they will start working as normal bikes. At any time the e-bikes can be used as standard bikes. No later than 15 days before the starting date of the tour should be made the full payment of the total amount of the tour. b) It is possible to withdraw without costs within 30 days before the starting date of the tour. The withdrawal communicated later than 30 days before the starting date of the tour will involve the withholding of 30% of the total amount of the tour. The withdrawal communicated later than 15 days before the starting date of the tour will involve the withholding of 50% of the total amount of the tour. The withdrawal communicated later than 7 days before the starting date of the tour will involve the withholding of 100% of the total amount of the tour. c) A tour booked less than 30 days before the departure date will be subject to a preliminary assessment, in order to check the feasibility. If the assessment indicates that it is possible to carry out the tour, the booking must be immediately confirmed and it is subject to the provisions of paragraphs a) and b)
