You should respond to the task by writing an essay OR a series of paragraphs, which can be accompanied by diagrams, graphs, pictures, or other forms of illustration. You must support your answer with social studies concepts, and specific evidence and examples. TASK Describe comprehensively how cultural conflict in the Democratic Republic of Congo (DRC) can be addressed. In your answer, use social studies concepts and specific evidence to describe: (a) the focus of the cultural conflict involving the M23 militia group in the Democratic Republic of Congo (b) the individual(s) / group(s) / society(ies) involved and their points of view, values, and perspectives (c) the factors that shape the way in which the conflict is addressed (d) way(s) of addressing the conflict (e) possible outcomes arising from ways of addressing the conflict And (f) recommend a way(s) of addressing the conflict to achieve the desired outcomes for society. This recommendation should address the issue of human rights abuses that have occurred throughout this conflict. The desired outcome for society should consider the creation of an integrated society, and provision of justice for victims of war crimes. Plan your answer on pages 4 and 5.
