2 Q. I ve never used the system before. How do I get started? If you do not have an existing account for your entity, click the Register button on the Login page. Fill out the necessary information on the Registration page and click the Register button when finished. Now, you can log in with the username and password you just created. Q. The system is not accepting my license number on the Registration page. Please be sure to enter your license number in the example format shown directly below the License Number field: (Please enter your 9-digit license number, i.e.: ) Q. What do I do when I get an error while trying to log in? If you get the following error when logging in to the application, the username or password you entered does not match what is in the system. First, check to be certain <CAPS LOCK> is not turned on and re-enter your password. If you still get an error the second time, under the Password field click the link Forgot Username or Password? Click here. If you do not receive an with your login information after using this option, be sure to check your junk or spam folders. If you still do not see the , please contact or support@alabamainteractive.org to verify your address. VALIDATION ERRORS OCCURRED Invalid Login If you feel you have reached this message in error please try again. Q. The item I m looking for isn t displaying in the list when I search for it. As stated in the note on the search page, if an item does not appear in the list, it is either out of stock or not available at the selected store. Please note your request in the Comment box at check out. Q. I can t enter the amount I want in the Qty of Cases column for an item. If you cannot enter an amount in the Qty of Cases column for an item, the store does not have enough of that item for you to request a case. You can, however, enter an amount in the Qty of Bottles field for that item. Please note the full amount you would have requested in the Comment box at check out. Page 2 of 9

3 Q. What do I do if I get null errors while trying to submit an order? If you get null errors while trying to submit an order, this may be because you have been logged into the system for a long time and the application has kicked you out for security purposes. Another reason could be the web browser is storing older versions of the web page or that your security settings are not allowing you to properly access the application. If you are using Internet Explorer, complete the following steps. If you are using Firefox, click here now to complete the necessary steps. Internet Explorer s 1. On the top right of your computer screen, find the Tools dropdown menu and click the arrow next to it. 2. From the dropdown menu, select Internet Options. 3. New tabs will appear. You are on the General tab. On this tab, you will see the Browsing History section. In that section, click the Settings button. Page 3 of 9

4 4. A new screen will appear. You will see the section Check for newer version of stored pages with radio buttons below it. Make sure the option Every time I visit the webpage is selected. Click OK when finished. 5. Now go to the Privacy tab. It is in the same menu where you saw the General Tab. Page 4 of 9

5 6. Make sure the scroll bar is set to Medium. 7. Now directly below the scroll bar, click the Sites button. 8. On the new screen, where it reads Address of website, type in the following: alabamainteractive.org When finished, click the Allow button to the right of the address. Page 5 of 9

6 9. Alabamainteractive.org will now be listed under the sites. Click the OK button. 10. Now click OK on the Privacy tab that is still open. Page 6 of 9

7 11. Now close and reopen Internet Explorer. The issue should now be resolved. Firefox s 1. Toward the top left of your computer screen, click the Tools dropdown menu. 2. From the dropdown menu, select Options. 3. A new screen will appear, select the Privacy tab at the top. Page 7 of 9

On the Privacy tab, make sure the following options are checked/selected: Firefox will: Use custom setting for history Remember my browsing history for at least 90 days Remember download history Accept cookies from sites Accept third-party cookies Keep until: they expire Once these are selected, click the Exceptions button to the right. 5. On the new screen, where it reads Address of web site, type in the following: alabamainteractive.org When finished, click the Allow button to the right of the address. 6. Alabamainteractive.org will now be listed under the sites. Click the Page 8 of 9
