1 Installation instructions for latex and vinyl wall mural How to prepare the ground? The walls must be clean and dry before you start wallpapering. All cavities and holes need to be supplemented and corrected. You should also remove the striking boards, nails, switches and sockets. Which tools are needed? a brush a wallpaper knife a press roll a wallpapering brush wallpaper paste a paint film moreover: a plastic bucket, a level, a plumb, a ladder

2 At least 2 people are recommended to stick a wall mural. How to stick? After receiving a wall mural you have to expand it and put it on a clean and dry surface (face up). In the case of wall mural consisting of several ply (belts) all of them should be expanded. Then you have to check if printing has no manufacturing defects (discoloration, deformation, the differences in sizes and weights of individual elements or non graphic motif of their joints). 1. When the wall is prepared determine lightly in pencil the vertical lines. They will symbolize the edges of wall mural. Use a plumb or a level. 2. Take the glue we recommend Metylan Normal glue for wall murals for latex backing and Metylan Special glue for wall murals for vinyl backing (a wall mural paste should be applied according to manufacturer s instructions and recommendations). 3. Wall mural always should be stick from the window side in the order of its elements. 4. Start pushing the wall mural from the top getting rid of the bubbles air. 5. Use a press roll for pressing the wall mural. 6. Carefully push and smooth wall mural paying particular attention to the fact that the edges should be well pressed to the wall. 7. Gently remove the excess glue with a damp soft cloth or sponge. 8. The next belts (if wall mural consists of several elements) should be placed in the same way. We stick them next to each other precisely (edge in the edge in the case of vinyl wall mural and with maximum two centimeters long tab in the case of latex wall mural*). 9. Leave a wall mural to dry for about 1-3 hours. *NOTE. If you have chosen a latex wall mural with plastic coating as an option, you have to stick it edge in the edge.

Second person pulls the whole belt and folds the backing paper. 6. The next belts (if wall mural consists of several elements) should be placed edge in the edge. Wet technique (on the materials such as: a glass, a wood, a metal etc.) 1. Remember: Wet technique can be used only on surfaces which can be wet: a glass, a wood, a metal etc. which mean furniture, windows, fridges, plastic trim. 2. Wall mural always should be stick from the window side in the order of its elements. If you stick a wall mural on vertical surfaces, it is recommended to start from the top. If you stick a wall mural on a flat or horizontal surfaces, it doesn t

Then you have to peel centimeters of wall mural off. Wrap backing paper underneath. The paint film should be sprayed by the water on the adhesive surface. You should spray the begging of the sticking ground too. 5. We put the film evenly. First person smoothes sticking surface by a felt squeegee pushing air bubbles out. Second person pulls the whole belt and folds the backing paper. Each time you peel off the backing paper you should spray by the water both surfaces: wall mural and sticking ground. 6. The next belts (if wall mural consists of several elements) should be placed edge in the edge. Compliance with the instructions above should prevent you from the air bubbles under the photo wall mural. 7 How to stick a wall sticker? The wall must be clean and dry before you start wallpapering. Without dust and trace of fat. Don t stick on the raw plaster. You should 3-4 days after a new painting to fully dry paint. Surfaces such as a glass or a metal which mean furniture, windows or refrigerators should be degreased with water mixed with dishwashing liquid. Wall sticker consists of three layers: silicone backing paper appropriate adhesive sticker with a cut pattern with powerful bond transport adhesive film with low bonding strength* *Transport film is present only with the sticker cut along the contour (so-called wall tattoo)

8 1. After receiving the wall sticker you expand it and put it on the clean, dry and hard surface (preferably on the table). Transport film to the bottom. 2. Before sticking you should smooth a sticker by a flat squeegee or by rolled-up paper towel to push each other three layers. 3. Then you have to peel the backing paper off (at an angle close to 180 degrees). The short side should always be first (the sticker must stay on the transport film). If any of the elements didn t want to move away from the paper press it to the transport film. 4. Try a motif on the wall, gently stick and the press to the wall by a flat squeegee or by a rolled-up paper towel getting rid of air bubbles. 5. Another piece of backing paper should be peeled off slowly and in stages under the angle close to 180 degrees. Stick to the wall and press in the same way as in the previous step. 6. Repeat it until you get rid of the whole backing paper. 7. Smooth the whole again for best fitting (before peeling the transport film off). 8. Then you have to begin peeling the transport film off slowly. Always from the shorter side at angle close to 180 degrees. 9.
