3 Welcome to the Business Online Bank! The Online Bank gives you a clear overview of all your business transactions, real-time financial information and functions to make both day-to-day work and major decisions easier. Wherever you are, and at any time of day. Simple, straightforward and secure. The following pages include all the information you need to get started with the Online Bank. Then all you need to do is to find out which functions can make everyday life easier for you and your business. Welcome to the Online Bank! Before you begin When you visit the Online Bank, you will need: Access to a computer connected to the internet with a browser. The Online Bank works with several browsers see our list of recommendations at Your security authenticator or other personal ID method.

5 Identify yourself using your security authenticator You identify yourself using your security authenticator and PIN code every time you visit the Online Bank. If your business has more than one Online Bank user, each of you will have your own security authenticator. Every time you log in or approve a transaction, you will obtain a new reply code. How to obtain a reply code: 1. Turn on the authenticator using the arrow on the right. 2. Enter your PIN code (4 digits). If you have the black oval authenticator, press 2 when the display shows APPLI. 3. Enter the check number shown on the log-in page. If you have the grey authenticator, press the arrow on the right again. the top of the page and select Security authenticator. Remember that your authenticator is a form of identification, and should be kept in a safe place. The security authenticator will now display a reply code. You should enter the code into the reply code field on the log-in page. If you need further instructions for your authenticator, click on Help at There are various models of security authenticator. However, they all have the same functions.

6 Logging in to the Online Bank To deal with your business transactions using the Online Bank, log in using your security authenticator. Once you have logged in, you will get access to the services and functions which you are authorised to use on behalf of your business. What to do: 1. Go to swedbank.se* and click on Log in in the top right-hand corner. 2. Enter your civic registration number in the box and click on Continue. 3. Obtain a reply code using your security authenticator and enter it into the reply code field. 4. If you have a security authenticator which can only be used with the Business Online Bank, check the Log in with a corporate Security Authenticator box. 5. Click on Continue. You have now logged in to the Online Bank and can continue to carry out transactions. *Some Savings banks have a different website. For more information, contact your local bank.

7 Welcome to the Online Bank! If you are authorised to deal with finances for more than one business, you will see a list of businesses immediately after logging in. By clicking on one of these businesses, you will see a financial overview for the businesses selected. Use the main menu for quick access to the transactions you want to carry out On the first page you will see the businesses for which you are authorised choose which one you want to access. 2. Click on In English to access the Online Bank in English.. 3. Under Help you will find instructions for the page you are currently on. 4. Click on Change profile if you want to change to another business for which you are authorised. 5. Remember to click Log out when you have finished your transactions.

8 A transaction ends with approval The transactions to be approved using the security authenticator are grouped in various lists depending on the transaction type. These transactions will not be carried out until you have approved them. Approving transactions using your security authenticator: 1. Click on the To approve button under the list and check your transactions one last time. If you wish to remove or amend anything in the list of transactions to be approved, click on the transaction. 2. Obtain a reply code using your security authenticator and enter it into the reply code field. Click on Approve 3. You will now see an overview of the transactions that you have just approved. Select Print if you require a receipt. Remember to log out! Once you have finished your transactions, click on Log out in the top right-hand corner. The Online Bank will then be closed. If you are logged in but not active, that is to say if you are not doing anything, you will be logged out automatically after 15 minutes.

9 Administering user authorisations Online Bank authorisations can be managed to ensure security, both for the user and for management. This function allows the business to control who is authorised to carry out various types of transaction. Appoint an authorisation administrator This need not be the same person as the authorised signatory. For each registered user, authorisation or restrictions can be specified for: accessing account details viewing and dealing with account and payment history maximum transaction amounts preparing transactions signing transactions The Administer and Authorisation menu options allow you to assign authorisation to the users within the business. 10 Support The Online Bank includes a range of help functions to make it easier for you to deal with your business s finances. Answers to technical questions by phone or online Online Bank customer services can help you with technical questions. When you are logged in, you can contact customer services by going to Contact us. You can also call customer services on on week days from 07:00 to 23:00. For financial questions If you have any questions about your business s finances, you can find contact details under Contact us for your business s branch or contact person. All communication will take place via the Online Bank s secure pages. Tips Do you want to try out the Online Bank? At swedbank.se/foretag you can find an Online Bank demo. Here, you can log in as a test user and try out most of the Online Bank s services and functions. You can then see how the transaction works from start to finish. You can find information and tips about the transaction you are currently carrying out on many of the Online Bank pages. There are clear step-by-step instructions for each transaction. Click on Help in the top right-hand corner of the page. If you forget something or do something wrong, you will immediately see a message telling you what you need to correct. When you hover the cursor over a field or text marked in orange, you will see help text explaining what to do at the various stages. You can find information and tips about the transaction you are currently carrying out on many of the Online Bank pages.

11 Online Bank security You can feel secure when carrying out transactions via the Online Bank. We keep abreast of the latest security solutions in order to maintain a high level of security. Our security system consists of a number of elements. Firewalls are the digital bank vaults which we place around our computer systems. All information sent between you and the bank is encrypted, which means that no-one else can view it. Your personal identification method, such as your security authenticator and your individual PIN code, are another way of ensuring that it is you who is logging in. If you are logged in but not active, that is to say if you are not doing anything, you will be logged out automatically after 15 minutes. All for your security and that of your business. We, the bank, and you, the customer, are both responsible for internet traffic being as secure as possible.
