1 Match Branch Services to Enterprise Services in Kitomba One To manage your services at an enterprise level, you'll need to create a central service list and match all your branch services to this list. This guide walks you through how to match your branch services to your central service list. A branch can only start using the central service list after all the branch services have been matched to this list. Why do I need to match my services? So your Kitomba One Enterprise reports can report on sales of comparable services across all branches. This means: Your branches will only be able to book services from your central service list to make new appointments all existing appointments (past and future) at the branch will use your central service list Matching services 1) Log in to Kitomba One 2) Click on Products from the menu at the top 3) Select Services from the Products menu 4) In the Services screen, select Match Branch Services 1 Page v0514
2 5) On the next screen, choose a branch in the Select a Branch to Match menu. 6) A confirmation screen will appear. After you have read it, click the green button at the bottom. 7) A list of the services you currently have at that branch will show on the left hand side under Branch Services. 2 Page v0514
3 8) Select the service you want to match. To find an individual service, click the expand arrow next to each folder until you can see individual services (these have a blue price tag symbol next to them) 9) Click on a service. An information box will appear to the right of the branch service, telling you about that service such as how much it costs and how often it has been booked. 3 Page v0514
4 10) If you want to keep offering the service at this branch, and you have an equivalent service in your Enterprise services list, click match with an enterprise service. If you don t want to offer the service at this branch anymore, click delete it. Don t worry - existing appointments using this service will remain unchanged, but you will not be able to book this service again in the future. 11) If you have chosen to match the branch service with an Enterprise service, a list of your Enterprise services will appear on the right hand side of the screen. 4 Page v0514
5 Select the Enterprise service you want to match the branch service to. To find an individual service, click the expand arrow next to each folder until you can see individual services (these have a blue price tag symbol next to them) 12) A blue information box will appear to the left of the Enterprise service. 5 Page v0514
6 This information box will show you the price of the Enterprise service. If you want to keep the price of your branch service (in this example, the branch price is $152.00) then click Keep branch prices in the green box underneath. If you don t want to keep the branch price, and use the Enterprise price instead, click Do not keep branch prices. 13) When you ve chosen the price you want to use for the service at this branch, click Match these Services. 14) A confirmation message will appear in the middle of the screen and and a tick will appear next to the branch service and the enterprise to show that they have been matched 6 Page v0514
7 15) Repeat steps 8-13 for each service you wish to match or delete. 16) When you have finished matching (or deleting) all of your branch services, you will see a button that asks you to confirm that you want to start using Enterprise services at that branch now. Click on the button if you re ready to go ahead. 17) A message will appear to tell you about the possibility of the Kitomba in the branch running slow for a few minutes. If now is not a good time for that to happen, click Finish later. You will be taken back to the screen in step 16, and you can click the green button again when you re ready. If you re happy to go ahead with the changeover to Enterprise services now, click Continue. You are now ready to match the next branch s services. 7 Page v0514
