Same rate will apply for every month regardless of days off in month.) Tuition Due Dates: 1 st of each month, if not paid by the 1 st we will assume your child has withdrawn from the program. There will be an additional $50 registration fee required to reinstate your child s program. Late Fees: $5.00 declined credit card fee - $30.00 additional fee if not cleared within 5 days of due date. Cancellation Policy: Cancel at any time with 2 week written notice, no cancelation fee Types of payments accepted: Visa, MC, Discover, AmExp, Check Debit Cards Only. Hours: After Care: School Release Time to 5:45pm or 6pm (varies per school) Before Care: 7am to start of school (High Plains School only 6:45am) Added charges for after closing: $2 every five minutes Winter, Summer and Spring Break Camps: 7am to 6pm Call for location and prices 15% off for added family members (Family members must live in the same household) Special Notes: We follow the school calendar to determine which days we can operate o We do not operated from your school on days out or emergency closure snow days, etc. Specialty (all-day) mini-camps will be announced in advance if offered. Due to limited space, there are no make-up classes, refunds or pro-rated discounts for days or hours missed. If you withdraw your child, there will be an additional $50 registration fee to re-enroll. 4 1 st Choice Before and After School Kare (A.S.K.) Tuition Explaination Answers to some of the most common questions asked with the program. Do we still get billed when there is no school for a certain amount of time in a given month? The regular rates for the ASK Program are $10.00 per day for the before care and $20.00 per day for the after care. We follow the school s calendar and prorate/discount the monthly tuition for the school year in advance based on days children are in school and out. We have also taken into account and discounted for 5 emergency closure days for each year. If those five days are not used we do not come back and charge you for them, they are a bonus. If there are more than 5 emergency closure days then we will adjust and give the credit for the coming month. If this happens in May and there are no coming months, we would issue a refund. The reason for the proration is so you can budget and we can budget instead of charging different rates each month with no consistency. Remember, we will never send a note home with your child asking for any additional fees for special events or the group tutoring classes, all is included with your monthly tuition. We multiply your rate x the 4.3 weeks in the month to calculate your monthly installments. Will there be before or after care on the special early release days. Yes, there will be before care if it is offered at your school. No, there will not be after care unless announce in advance. Will there be before or after care during scheduled days off / Holidays? No, however, all-day camps may be offered and will be announced in advance if so. Will there be a Winter, Spring Break or Summer Camp? Very strong possibility according to interest.
