2 SCHOLARSHIP OPPORTUNITY The European Regional Forum of the IBA has announced that a scholarship will be awarded to a young lawyer practicing in a European country who wishes to participate in this IBA conference, but who is unable to do so owing to financial constraint, and who will meet particular requirements.
