At the Y, we focus on your child as a whole, including top-notch sports and swimming instruction, exploration of the community, and developing life-long friendships. We emphasize seamlessly weaving literacy, math, and science lessons into our curriculum, preventing summer learning loss and making sure our camp kids are ready to return to school in the fall. Above all, we focus on making summer fun! OVERNIGHT CAMPS Two weeks at an amazing overnight camp can change a child s perspective, if not their life. On the shores of Lake Winnipesaukee in Tuftonboro, NH, of Greater Boston s Pleasant Valley Camp for Girls and North Woods Camp for Boys bring children from all over the world together for fun and adventure. With activities like zip lining, kayaking, sports, games and nature hikes, kids jump out of their bunks ready for action every day. FAMILY CAMP Spend an unforgettable week with your loved ones at Sandy Island Family Camp in New Hampshire. Located on 66 acres on the shores of Lake Winnipesaukee, Sandy Island offers lakefront cabins, organized family activities, fishing, boating, swimming and so much more! 4 HALE CAMPS Camp Location: Hale Reservation Drop Off & Pick Up Location: Parkway Community Schedule: Pre-Camp plus Sessions 1-9 HOURS: 7:30am-6:00pm Bus leaves at 8:20am and arrives back at the at 5:00pm Dedham Stop: Pickup 8:45am, Drop off 4:45 pm HALE RESERVATION CAMP AGES 6-12 see above for location and hours Offsite at the beautiful Hale Reservation, this camp offers an enriching outdoor experience featuring swim lessons, boating, sports, archery, crafts, a rope course, nature activities and hiking. 5 WEST ROXBURY DAY CAMPS WASHINGTON BEECH AGES 5-8 Location: Washington Beech Community Center, 4560 Washington St., Roslindale Sessions 1-10 Washington Beech Camp incorporates summer learning, field trips, and enrichment activities into one amazing summer camp experience. Lunch served daily! Family Member $275 Youth/Kids Pass $300 Non-Member $340 BEAR CAMP AGES 5-12 LITTLE BEAR AGES 5-8 BIG BEAR AGES 9-12 Location: The NEW Parkway Community Sessions 1-10 NEW BUILDING! NEW POOL! Campers at Bear Camps will have an amazing experience participating in swimming, arts and crafts, organized games, and field trips. In the month of July, we will be focusing our field trips on fun in the sun in Boston. For the month of August we are excited to run our Play Learn Serve Work Camp. PLSW camp is in cooperation with the National Park Service and the Office of the Interior. Children will have opportunities to explore public lands, and help with various service projects throughout the month. The goal of the PLSW camp is to allow campers to become more comfortable playing in the natural world and to help them explore the public lands and historical sites in their Boston backyard. It feels great to know that when I am at work my child is very safe. Every day she had a big smile when I picked her up and could not wait to tell me about her day.

6 DEDHAM ENRICHMENT CAMP AGES 6-12 Location: Oakdale Elementary School, 147 Cedar Street, Dedham, MA Kids develop physically, emotionally and socially in this camp s non-competitive and relaxed environment. Sports, games, crafts, swimming, visits from specialists and field trips are all part of this enrichment camp. Transportation available from the Parkway Community. In addition to learning valuable leadership skills, teens will also participate in daily field trips to local beaches, volunteer trips, and thrilling activities such as adventure courses, canoeing, and a trip to Six Flags! Please register in your local Branch. ENROLLMENT FORMS Once registration is complete, please submit your child s enrollment forms, most recent physical, immunization records, and any other necessary medical documentation. Enrollment and Medical forms are due no later than June 1st. All forms must be completed by that date to secure your child s space at camp. FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE The serves people of all ages, backgrounds, abilities and incomes and strives to make camp fees affordable for families in need. Pick up a financial assistance application at your Welcome Center. The accepts vouchers. MEMBERSHIP Y membership is a great way to spend quality time with your kids. Visit our Welcome Center or call us to join. Bonus - you ll save on Camp Fees!
