2 CENTER OVERVIEW Paragon Outlets Plymouth is ideally located between Boston and Cape Cod. Roughly 40 south of Boston, Plymouth is located in an area called the South Shore. It is the largest municipality in Massachusetts by area and makes up the entire western shore of Cape Cod Bay.
