You can now arrange modern, innovative cover for office and surgery based occupations such as accountants, dentists, doctors and vets in one easy insurance package. Cover can be individually tailored to meet your client s needs, from: Liability, General Property and Commercial Motor for a homeworker or mobile professional, to Fire, Theft, Business Interruption, Money, Glass, Liability and Management Liability for larger more established offices or surgeries. Package Discounts apply the more sections you cover, the higher the premium discounts. PROPERTY DAMAGE Accidental Damage for all Office and Surgery contents Professional fees (e.g. Architects fees) incurred to rebuild or repair buildings and contents covered up to $50,000 High Works of Art limit ($25,000) to cover paintings etc. that modern offices increasingly have Removal of Debris following events such as fire, covered up to $100,000 Environmental upgrade to purchase more energy or water efficient replacement goods, up to 10% of the cost Cover for items temporarily removed from the premises Fusion cover for electric motors up to 1.8kw (2.5hp) Deterioration of Stock cover of $5,000 to cover pharmaceutical drugs kept in fridges or freezers Catastrophe Cover (to cover the increased costs following a declared catastrophe) up to 25% increase in Building Sum Insured Documents (e.g. clients or patient records) covered whilst in permanent storage elsewhere (including $10,000 limit for flood) Automatic Tax Audit cover up to $10,000 Directors and Employees Personal Property covered up to $5,000 per person Rewriting of Records automatically included with a minimum of $50,000.
