2 ! Safety and re Advice Important - Please read these instructions fully before starting assembly Check you have all the components and tools listed on pages and 3. Remove all fittings from the plastic bags and separate them into their groups. Keep children and animals away from the work area, small parts could choke if swallowed. Make sure you have enough space to layout the parts before starting. Do not stand or put weight on the product, this could cause damage. Assemble the item as close to its final position (in the same room) as possible. Assemble on a soft level surface to avoid damaging the unit or your floor. Parts of the assembly will be easier with people. We do not recommend the use of power drill/drivers for inserting screws, as this could damage the unit. Only use hand screwdrivers. Dispose of all packaging carefully and responsibly. re and maintenance Only clean using a damp cloth and mild detergent, do no use bleach or abrasive cleaners. From time to time check that there are no loose screws on this unit. This product should not be discarded with household waste. Take to your local authority waste disposal centre. Note! This childs bed conforms to BS 809:008 +A:0. Age recommendation: from 3 year to years. Mattress in size 90x90 cm to be used with this bed. Children are likely to play, bounce,jump and climb on beds, therefore the childs bed should not be placed too close to other furniture or windows, and should be placed either tight to any wall or have a gap 300mm between the wall and the side of bed. Any additional or replacement parts are obtained from the manufacturer or distributor. Note: if required the next page can be cut out and used as reference throughout the assembly. 5 Step Assembly of the bed x 4 4 Step. Knock the dowels into the holes indicated on the side rails using a small hammer. ø.8 x 40mm Wooden dowel x 8 x Step. Ne Yc Screw the bushings Ne into the holes indicated on the posts and. M6 x 0mm Bushing x 4 6mm Allen key x Use the allen key Yc. Ne x Ne x

6 Step.3 Fix the posts onto the headboard 3 using bolts into the barrel nuts. Note - the holes in the posts for the siderails must point downwards. M6 x 80mm lt x 8 M6, ø0 x.mm barrel nut x 8 Ya 4mm Allen key x Note NO holes! The holes for the siderails on reverse side! 3 Fix the posts onto the footboard 4 using bolts into the barrel nuts. Make sure to place the legs onto the footboard 4 exactly as shown. Note the holes for the siderails must point upwards. Use the allen key Ya. Note the holes for the siderails!

7 Step.4 Screw the threaded rods Hg into the bushings Ne in the posts and. ø3 x mm Screw x 4 Vn Hg M6 x 0mm Threaded rod x 4 Fix the angles Vn to the posts and using screws into the holes indicated. Angle 3 x 3 x 4mm x 4 Vn Vn Hg Hg Vn Vn Hg Hg

8 Step. Fm Na Place the side rails onto the headboard posts. Push the brackets Fm and the nuts Na into the holes indicated on the side rails and onto the threaded rods Hg. 9 Step.6 Place the footboard posts onto the side rails. Push the brackets Fm and the nuts Na into the holes indicated on the side rails and onto the threaded rods Hg. Ec ø3mm p x 4 Na M6 x 0mm Nut x Fm ø3mm Bracket x Yb 0/3mm Wrench x Tighten the nuts Na using the wrench Fm. Hg Na Fm Insert the caps Ec into the holes indicated on the side rails. Na Fm Ec

10 Step. Fix the top rails (side) 4 to the toprails (end) using bolts into the barrel nuts. M6 x 80mm lt x 4 M6, ø0 x.mm barrel nut x 4 Ya Use the allen key Ya. 4mm Allen key x 4 4 Step.8 Fix the corner angles Vq to the upper side of the top frame using screws. ø3 x mm Screw x 6 Vq 0 x 0 x 6mm Corner angle x 4 Vq Vq Vq Note! The holes for the barrel nuts in the end rail must point upwards Vq 4 Vq

11 Step.9 Place the top frame on the top of the posts. ø3 x mm Screw x 4 Fix it using screws through the angles Vn. 4 Vn

12 Step.0 Fix the first of the slats to the slatholders using screws. ø3, x 30mm Screw x The slats must be distributed evenly in the bedframe. To get the distance right use the spacer block 6 as shown. See detail. 6 Step. Fix the second of the slats to the slatholders using screws. To get the distance right use the spacer block 6 as shown. Screw the bolts into the holes indicated on the drawer back and the drawer sides 9 and 0. ø.8 x 40mm Wooden dowel x ø x 8, cc34mm lt x 6 Knock the dowels into the holes indicated on the drawer back, the drawer sides 9 and 0 and the drawer rails 3 using a smal hammer.
