3 211 HSE Annual Report 1. EXECUTIVE SUMMARY In 211 GMS has achieved a full year without any lost time injuries (LTI). This achievement spanned across all operations and included contractors working both onshore and offshore for GMS. Unfortunately we saw a slight rise in the total recordable injury rate from 3.83 to 4.82 in 21 and 211 respectively. The overall trend for total recordable injury rates has been decreasing over the last 4 years, and in 212 our goals will be to reduce our recordable injury rates to as low as practically possible. We achieved all HSE key performance indicators in 211 as shown in section 2.. As we had two contracts in new global areas, namely in Saudi Arabia and the UK - our aim was to successfully complete both projects without any lost time injuries, which we succeeded in doing. We once again proved that we are capable of managing our operations without causing any damage to the environment, by not allowing a single incident where pollutants were discharged into the sea and/or surrounding area.
