2 Purpose of the Conference From 27 to 29 June 2012 the International Conference "Informatics in Scientific Knowledge" - ISK 2012, organized by Varna Free University Chernorizets Hrabar and the Institute of Mathematics and Informatics of the n Academy of Science is carried out in Varna. The achievements in application of informatics and information technologies in scientific knowledge are discussed in the presented papers.
