2 Devils Tramping Ground Tripel Unfiltered Draft Ale A bit sweet. Devil s Tripel has a light taste from the addition of sugar. We add just the right amount of hops to balance out the sweetness. The Devil s Tramping Ground is a North Carolina folklore legend. Legend says that this is the very place the devil himself can rise from the depths of fiery hell, and come to earth. 3 HOGWILD INDIA PALE A golden brew made with Pale Ale and Vienna malts. HogWild is a veritable fest of hops. The beer is designed to let the hops shine through; the flavor is not hidden with sweet malts. HogWild is brewed with Chinook, Columbus, Cascade and dry hopped with Magnum and Williamette. 4 Hot Rod Red Draft Ale Based on the classic Irish Red, this ale is feisty and a bit hoppy. This beer has malty sweetness that ends with a somewhat dry finish. A dash of roasted barley gives this ale a nice deep red color and a backend roasted grain flavor. 5 MadBeach American Wheat Ale brewed with Orange Peel MadBeach is American wheat ale made with wheat, barley, and a bit of sweet orange peel. Our hope is that you drink this beer on the beach or at least thinking about the beach. Malts: 2-Row Pale, Wheat Hops: Hallertau and Saaz SRM: 4 IBU: % Year - Round (6-pack)

6 BLACKMAMBA OATMEAL STOUT BlackMamba is a full bodied oatmeal stout that has tastes of toffee, chocolate, coffee, and smoothness from the addition of flaked oatmeal. We use generous amounts of crystal, black patent, roasted barley and chocolate malt which gives the stout a dark color and a complex taste profile. This oatmeal stout has an explosion of flavor created by the dark roasted grains, pale ale 2-row barley, Fuggle, Cascade and Columbus hops. The final step for BlackMamba is aging in the finest American bourbon barrels for several weeks. Malts: Pale 2-Row, Vienna, Munich, Crystal, Cara-Pils, Chocolate, Black Patent, Roasted, Oats, and Molasses. 7 SAISON DE AVIATOR Ale Brewed with Spices A seasonal summer Belgian beer style produced with pilsner malt, mid-kilned malts, coriander and sweet orange peel. Saison de Aviator is an unfiltered golden colored ale, has high carbonation, and a fruity Trappist yeast. 8 Oktober Beast MARzen style draft ale This is a beer that was usually brewed in March and aged cold over the summer months to serve in the fall. Our beer is copper colored. The beer has a higher hopping rate than most oktoberfest beers (cause we like hops). Consuming this beer encourages the wearing of lederhosen and listening to polka music. Our pumpkin beer is an Oktoberfest or Marzen style beer infused with real pumpkin and fall spices.pumpkinbeast has a malty backbone with the addition of subtle pumpkin flavor. We use German Perle and Hallertau Mittelfruh to give the beer traditional hop flavor that blends well with the pumpkin.
