Whether it is true group fitness training, developing the Healthy Detox- and Lifestyle Program, Yoga classes or personal training sessions, she believes real success comes through the perfect collaboration of good nutrition, proper exercise, and providing her clients with the knowledge and tools to maintain a healthy lifestyle forever! Main achievements As a General Manager in the Health and Fitness industry she s successfully built and managed large health clubs throughout the Netherlands and trained and guided young fitness professionals to become specialists in their own field. Her own personal fitness challenges she find in participating in local triathlons and international Ironman She knows first-hand how much hard work and dedication it takes to become an athlete and how much discipline you need to reach your personal goals. YOGA AT THE BEACH Join us for blissful beach yoga on Baoase s private beach. Enjoy the sounds of the sea and the warmth of the sun while practicing yoga. No experience necessary and all skill levels welcome. Yoga will include meditation, asanas (poses) and pranayama (breathing). CARDIO AND RESISTANCE TRAINING We offer state-of-the-art cardio equipment and free weight zone for self-guided workouts. Our covered outdoor fitness patio allows guests to work out outside while enjoying a cool breeze. We offer you fun and very rewarding training programs ranging from extreme physical events to the ultimate mind-body experience. Our Functional Training Zone features an array of innovative equipment designed to maximize your workout and deliver fast results.
