Vocabulary and Expressions to tell the truth(para ser sincero) gamer(jugador de videojuegos) indie game(juegos alternativos) storyline(argumento) have in mind(tener en mente) graphics(gráficos) awesome(increíble) single player / multiplayer(único jugador / Examples To tell the truth, I want to play games today. Adam, you have so many games, you are a real gamer. Minecraft is a good example of an indie game. Some games have a really strong storyline. Please have in mind that I don t like action games. For good graphics you need an expensive pc. This game is awesome! Do you play in single player or multiplayer mode? multijugador) 1

Stella: To tell you the truth, I am playing a computer game. Adam: I had no idea you are a gamer! What kind of games do you like? Stella: Mostly indie games, such as Minecraft. I like games without a storyline, so you can be really creative. Adam: Oh, I see what you have in mind. What about games as Machinarium? Do you know it? Stella: I ve tried it. The graphics are awesome. But it had a storyline, which I had to follow, so I quit. Adam: You really don t like storylines. So, when you play Minecraft, do you play in single player or multiplayer mode? Stella: Today I m playing in single player mode. But sometimes we play multiplayer with my friends. 2
