Shop clerk : Sure, how may I help you? Mr. Thomas : Is it popular as a souvenir? Shop clerk : Yes, because it is well known for the traditional way of producing, which makes its taste mild and soft. For instance, this one is as sweet as a soft drink; despite it has a high alcohol percentage. Mr. Thomas : I see. I ll buy this one, three bottles. Shop clerk : Thank you so much. Mr. Thomas : Could you wrap it separately if possible? Shop clerk : Sure, no problem. Will you pay in cash or by credit card? Mr. Thomas : I have only an international credit card. Is it available? 2

3 Shop clerk : Sure. Could you write your signature here with this pen? Mr. Thomas : Alright. (Writes his signature.) Okay? Shop clerk : Thank you. Would you like to pay in Australia s currency or US dollars? You can choose. Mr. Thomas : Well then, Australia s currency. Shop clerk : Certainly. Here are your goods. Please be careful when carrying, since the bottles are made of glass. Mr. Thomas : Alright, thanks. Shop clerk : Thank you for shopping, and have a safe trip! Mr. Thomas : Thanks. 3
