1 COMMUNITY OUTREACH AND ASSISTANCE MISSION STATEMENT: Evergreen apheartments is a program created and directed by the Evergreen Apartment Group which focuses on our commitment and dedication to the community. The program reaches out not only to each individual Evergreen apartment community but it also extends into the larger outside communities where our properties are located. What drives this program is our commitment to resident care and support, civic duty, our desire to build long term relationships with our residents and the community at large and to enhance the communities where our properties are located. apheartments FOR RESIDENTS: apheartments starts at home with our commitment and dedication to resident care and support.
