Advise landlords of programs available specifically for seniors Landlords are advised of existing programs through advertisement and correspondence. Landlords participate on a regular basis in the existing programs. Provide transportation for residents CDBG (Community Development Block Grants) * Special Transportation Services No. A transportation program for the elderly, was funded by the City of Miami Beach in the past.
