ESCORINDO JASA PRIMA was established in 1998 as one of the International Freight Forwarders in Indonesia, with it s Headquarters in Jakarta and operating all over Indonesia. Since it s establishment P.T. ESCORINDO JASA PRIMA has gradually developed, and now three new companies have been set up, each operated and managed independently. Respectively P.T. ESCORINDO OGRUS SHIPPING as Shipping Company, P.T. ESCORINDO STEVEDORING as Stevedoring Company and P.T ESCORINDO TRADING as Trading Company. During it s development period the Company Group P.T. ESCORINDO JASA PRIMA, which is supported by strong, experienced & professional personnel, has shown it s performance and proven it s quality to serve customer s needs in field of freight forwarding and shipping. An International Freight Forwarder, fully experienced in logistics transportation including: Door To Door Service, Project Cargo movements, Heavy Lift Transportations, Transshipment Cargoes, Containerized Shipments (FCL/LCL), Break-bulk cargo shipments, Domestics and Worldwide. We are also experts in Customs Clearance for Export and Import Cargoes, Documentation Management and EDI. We have handled and are currently handling cement plant P.T.HOLCIM INDONESIA Tbk for the transportation of Steam Coal with approx. 1 million tons per year from Kalimantan ports to Jakarta and Cilacap, Natural Gypsum abt mtons per month from Thailand port to Jakarta. and approx. 70 x 40 containerized cargoes per month (Kraft Paper, Re-factory Bricks, spare parts etc) from several countries to Jakarta. We are also handling a number of transformers, heavy equipment ( Excavator, Motor Grader, Back Hoe loader, RT Crane, Cargo Vibro Compactor etc), Containerized Cargoes FCL/LCL and Break-bulk Cargoes as well. 3

4 2. P.T ESCORINDO OGRUS SHIPPING P.T. ESCORINDO OGRUS SHIPPING is licensed as Shipping Company and Shipping Agent in Indonesia. P.T. ESCORINDO OGRUS SHIPPING was established in 2003, and is a young shipping company with it s Headquarters in Jakarta and supported by branch offices and sub agents throughout Indonesia. P.T. ESCORINDO OGRUS SHIPPING, a financially strong organization coupled with ready capacity in terms of office facilities and infrastructure and supported by highly and technically qualified staff, is in a position to render first class quality services to meet the exact standards and expectations of it s customers. Currently P.T. ESCORINDO OGRUS SHIPPING is operating Tugs & Barges, carrying steam coal for Cement Plant P.T. HOLCIM INDONESIA Tbk. We handle on average 12 sets of tugs & barges per month, with shipments from Kalimantan ports to Jakarta, Cilacap and for transshipment operations, with total cargo amounting approximately 1 millions tons per year. We are also carrying Sand from Sumatra Ports to Jakarta with an average of tons per month. Apart from the above, we also represent Ship Owners, Charterer s and Managers from various countries such as WESTERN BULK CARRIER, Oslo, POLISH OCEAN LINE, Gdynia, PAN UNITED, Singapore and other chartered and tramp vessel s. We handle an average of 5 to 10 agency vessels per months. 4

5 3. P.T ESCORINDO STEVEDORING This company has it s specialty in cargo handling or stevedoring at Tg.Priok Port and resides at Warehouse No. 002 Pos 1, Tg.Priok /Jakarta. P.T. ESCORINDO STEVEDORING, was established in the year of 2003 at Tg.Priok/Jakarta as stevedoring company. Having a good cooperation with Terminal Operators and The Port Adminstration of Tg.Priok/Jakarta, this company offers quality services in stevedoring, warehousing and storage. Currently P.T. ESCORINDO STEVEDORING handles Cement Plant P.T.HOLCIM INDONESIA Tbk. and discharges Steam Coal from barges, amounting approximately 1 million mtons per year, natural gypsum approx mtons per month, Copper Slag mtons per month and various cargoes from several shippers and consignees. As from April 2005 we are operating at port godown no.002 in Tg.Priok Port/Jakarta. The godown is approx Square meters wide and the open storage is approx Square meters. 4. P.T ESCORINDO TRADING P.T. ESCORINDO TRADING was established early 2005 as Trading Company to fulfill the global needs, and to extend our range of services to cover the customer s necessities in trade business. 5
