3 Rules And Regulations Welcome to Coyote Ridge Golf Club. Coyote Ridge Golf Club wants you, the member, to enjoy utilizing this facility under one of the memberships you have selected. As with any type of Membership there must be certain rules and guidelines for every member to follow. Members must conduct themselves in a manner consistent with the traditions of the game of golf. The obligation of enforcing these rules and regulations is placed in the hands of the management and staff whose principal responsibility is to assure you of all the courtesies, comforts, and services to which you are so entitled. But, it is further the duty of the Membership to know and understand the rules and regulations, and to cooperate with the management and staff in the enforcement of these rules and regulations. It is understood that I will comply with and observe the Rules and Regulations of the Club. By becoming a Member at Coyote Ridge Golf Club, you are signing a Membership Agreement, acknowledging that you **Membership at Coyote Ridge Golf Club conveys to an individual and the immediate family (spouse and unmarried children living at home under the age of 25) the right to use any of the designated Club facilities according to the Rules & Regulations of Coyote Ridge Golf Club and the classification of membership purchased. **All memberships are offered at the discretion of the Club and Club owner, and may be amended, changed, revoked, or discontinued at any time at the sole discretion of the Club and Club owner** **Membership dues and fees do not confer any ownership of the club, its property or assets** **Members must conduct themselves in a manner consistent with the traditions of the game of golf. Members must refrain from any type of behavior that violates Coyote Ridge Golf Club s Code of Business Conduct Policy. Any conduct detrimental to the golf club, its employees, or fellow members may result in suspension or termination of membership privileges**

4 Alcohol Policy Coyote Ridge Golf Club allows for the consumption of alcoholic beverages by its members according to the laws of the Texas Alcoholic Beverage Commission. Outside alcoholic beverages are not allowed on the property of Coyote Ridge. All alcoholic beverages must be purchased through Coyote Ridge Golf Club. Abuse of Coyote Ridge Golf Club alcohol beverage policy is not tolerated and any violation of Coyote Ridge Alcohol Policy could result in membership suspension or termination. Member Discount Policy in Grill 19 As a platinum Member of Coyote Ridge Golf Club, Member s have the privilege of dining at Grill 19 at a discounted rate. The following are stipulations and guidelines in which they must follow when using their discount at Grill 19: * Members are allowed a discount of 10% off of food and beverages in Grill 19. THIS EXLUDES BANQUETS AND ALCOHOL. * For Single Membership Package - Only Member is entitled to discount (NO guests guest must pay at full-price). * For Family Membership Package - Only Member and the family members listed on the membership agreement is entitled to discount (No guest must pay at full-price). * 10% discount is not valid and/or cannot be combined with any other discount, special or promotion in Grill 19, which includes Happy Hour and/or and Daily Special.

5 Member Skins Weekend Tee Time Policy Coyote Ridge Golf Club has a strict policy in regards to the Member Skins Reserved Tee Times. The policy is as follows: * Coyote Ridge Golf Club Member Skins Groupings will be reserved for the first 28 players to call the Pro Shop * Member Skins call in times are no later than 6 p.m. Wednesday for the following Saturday, Sunday and Holiday Friday or Monday groups. The Pro Shop will only be taking Tee Times for Member Skins at this time. There will be NO BOOKINGS PRIOR to those times. * Any holidays, members will be required to call 72 hours prior to the date of the holiday to book their Tee Time. After 72 hours, the member skins guidelines will be enforced. * If all 28 slots reserved for Member Skins Groups have been booked, there will be no additional slots created for Member Skins Groups. Members may book a regular tee time slot upon availability. * Once the call in time of Wednesdays 6 p.m. has closed, the remaining slots of the 28 reserved for Member Skins Groups that have not yet been booked, will open to the public as available tee time slots. * Cancellation deadline for Member Skins bookings will be Thursday by 7 p.m. for the following weekends and holiday. After the cancellation deadline, a Member may book a tee time upon availability. ` * In the event a Member does not show for a confirmed slot, Pro Shop personnel will be in contact with that Member to evaluate the issue and make the Member aware of the importance of management of the Tee Sheet. If the problem persists, Coyote Ridge Golf Club will work with a Member Skins Representative on suspending the Member from Skins Play for up to 2 weeks. These No Shows will be documented in the Golf Shop. * Members showing up the day of business will be on a space availability basis. Once the Member Skins Groups are deemed full, WE WILL NOT BE SQUEEZING PLAYERS INTO THE GROUP. These slots will be used for Public Tee Times and/or Member Groups not wanting to play in Skins Group. * Member Skin Tournament Days will need to be communicated 10 days before the scheduled tournament by a Member Representative. This is so we can book the proper amount of tee times for the event.

6 One Year Membership Commitment Option I hereby accept a one year Membership Commitment in lieu of a fully paid initiation fee to join Coyote Ridge Golf Club. I fully understand that by accepting this option, I must maintain my membership account in good standing, under the selected Membership Classification that I choose, for a period of 12 consecutive months from the date of this agreement. After I have fulfilled my full year of the contractual term, I must sign a new contract upon my anniversary date of the current contract to continue as a Platinum Member at Coyote Ridge Golf Club. Failure of resigning a new contract for another term of a full year will result in terminating my contract and lose all Platinum Member privileges. Any account Terminated by the Club for a violation of Club rules or policies is subject to Early Termination penalty as stated below. The one year Membership Commitment may be cancelled prior to the Maturity Date with an Early Termination option as follows: 1. Upon written notice of Early Termination, or upon Termination of the Membership by the Club for violation of Club rules or policies, the Early Termination Fee of $1, will be automatically charged to the credit card on file. 2. Annual Memberships are Non-Refundable. 3. All Platinum Memberships that have not fulfilled their contractual term of a full year in member dues, will be deemed as a breach of contract. It can lead to legal proceedings including collections of the remaining balance of the Member Dues, along with any additional costs related to the legal proceedings and collections. Dues 1st months dues are required at sign up. Partial month s dues will be prorated to the beginning of the month. After sign up, the designated dues according to the type of membership package you have chosen will be billed to the credit card on file on the last day of each month. On monthly memberships: Early resignation or non-payment of dues for monthly memberships is $ fee. If a Member becomes 15 days delinquent, he/she will be notified via about the missed payment. Privileges will be suspended at Coyote Ridge Golf Club until the account is paid in full. When the account is 30 days or more delinquent, the member will be on a Terminated status, and your file will be sent to the attorneys for further action. You will be responsible for attorney s fees and court costs incurred. A member can upgrade or downgrade their current member status upon a written request and approval from management. There will be an upgrade and/or downgrade fee each time the membership type is changed of $ I fully acknowledge and understand the billing procedures as stated above and agree to the conditions set forth. Additionally, I authorize Coyote Ridge Golf Club to charge my MasterCard, Visa, Discover or American Express for any dues and charges that are 60 days or more past due. A $25.00 processing fee will apply to the membership account for any disputed credit card charges.

7 Resignation of Membership The membership at Coyote Ridge Golf Club is an annual contract. The member can give a 30-day notice of resignation. The resignation must be in writing and signed by the member in order for the account to be closed on the books, otherwise the account will continue accruing dues and interest each month until written notification has been received. If re-locating out of the area, you are to include a change of address on the written notification. Early resignation fee for monthly memberships is $1, I Fully Acknowledge and Understand the Membership Agreement of Coyote Ridge Golf Club as an Integral Part of the Rules and Regulations of the Club, and agree to be bound by all conditions and policies as set for in the aforementioned paragraphs of the Membership Agreement. I further understand and acknowledge that, from time to time, the Club may amend its policies, Rules & Regulations, and membership offering, at its sole and absolute discretion. The Club is not obligated to provide membership privileges indefinitely, and may cancel any membership with a thirty day written notice to the member.
